We moved my Mom to Ashley Glen 3 1/2 years ago. I visited several other facilities that had assisted living and memory care since she would need both. None of the other facilities provided both types of care + the loving, family atmosphere of Ashley Glen. One of the top reasons for choosing AG was their long time employees - - many of the staff have been there for 20+ years, which was unheard of in any of the other facilities. The facility is like a comfy home - clean, well decorated, nice touches of home, good meals, etc.The activities for the residents are very good. The outdoor areas are beautiful and well-maintained. Any questions or concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend checking out Ashley Glen when you have a loved one who needs assisted living or memory care, it is such a wonderful facility! Our family feels blessed that Mom is living at Ashley Glen, it has been a beautiful experience.... Read more

Nice community, just not the right fit for my loved one.

My tour at Ashley Glen was nice. The admissions person was very, very good. It looked like they had a good memory care program.
Response from The Reserve at Peachtree City
November 4, 2021Thank you for the kind words! We are pleased you are impressed with our memory care program, and we are very proud of the amazing care we provide for our residents. Unfortunately you are anonymous so I can’t thank you personally, but I hope you reach back to me so we may discuss in more detail.
My ratings are based on the short experience we had. We were able to have visits with my loved one. It looked like the residents were able to walk around. My loved one fell and none of the staff saw this; this has me concerned. I don't blame the community for my loved one's fall. I just wish I would know where and what time it happened.
The facility is in a great location, and it appears to be clean. The staff and administration are responsive, and I'm included in as much opportunity to interact with my loved one as is allowed right now due to CDC protocol. It's rough because I rely on them totally for taking care of my loved one during the pandemic. I haven't been able to go inside, nor see her room, except through the window. That being said, this is a good facility, and I'd put my loved one here again if I had to choose. This is the best care we've received so far.
I am so happy my mom is there. They have taken excellent care of her and their love and patience with the residents in the village is amazing. Thank you!
I can't say enough positive thing about Ashley Glen. The care my om is getting is wonderful. Sometimes it isn't just the residents but a family that needs support. Thank you to [name removed] and the team for always going above and beyond.
This facility is wonderful. They take good care of my mom. I can't say enough about the staff. [name removed] goes out of her way to help the resident and the families. Always there for us. So happy mom is there. Love [name removed] my mom's bff. So very helpful, LOVE HER.
Ashley Glen has always been very attentive to my mom and her needs, she loves it there and calls it home. However, I understand that Covid has turned things upside down. My mom's lack of socializing has taken a toll on her. The residents should be able to eat their meals together and socialize with each other. The lockdown of the seniors has been going on too long. It's time to let them out and live whatever time they may have left.
My mother has been at Ashey Glen 9 years. Staff is wonderful and very supportive. They have done an excellent job keeping everyone safe from Covid-19. My mother's main caregiver is [name removed] and she is outstanding!!! Couldn't be happier with her!
I love the fold who work here! [names removed] are so caring and wonderful!! I so appreciate them and all they do!!
Trust - over years of experience with Ashley Glen I know that I can trust them. Relationship - It takes time to develop. The staff at Ashley Glen have been there for years. They know my mom and show great care for her.
Ashley Glen is a wonderful intimate community. It is a great place for my mom. She is so happy there and the staff is like extended family to ours. The staff could not be more supportive. [name removed] made me feel completely comfortable and listened. Really listened to my fears. [name removed] is also wonderful along with everyone else.
Ashley Glen is a nice and small community. If you need it, this is a great place to put your parents if they need memory care. I chose this community because its location is close to my house. The staff know all of the residents and address them by name. There are a lot of activities and the residents are always busy doing something when I visit there.
Nice people and facilities. This just was not a good fit for my aunt.
[Name removed] was not available but another lady quickly showed my husband and me around. The smell of the place put us off a little. We were also concerned about the in and out access of visitors and residents. We have marked this one off our list.
My step-Dad was a resident at Ashly Glen. I cannot imagine our being happier with any other senior care facility as we were with Ashley Glen. [name removed] was lovingly cared for and was encouraged to participate in the many actives they have for their residents. In so doing, we actually saw an improvement in [name removed] mental state. We were given frequent updates from the nurse at AshleyGlen as to how [name removed] was doing. Although we visited [name removed] frequently each week, her insight was greatly needed and appreciated. These updates gave us additional peace of mind and insured us that [name removed] was getting the best care possible. [name removed] loved his care givers and interacted with them as though they were family. Actually, they all came to feel as part of our extended family.
My step-Dad was a resident at Ashley Glen. My mom and I reached a point where we could no longer care for my step-Dad at home. We initially felt guilty about this decision and wondered if we had truly done everything we could to keep [Removed](my step-Dad) at home. However, after a very short adjustment period, we realized that we should have moved [Removed] into Ashley Glen sooner than we did. We noticed an immediate improvement in [Removed] attitude. He was much happier and actually engaged in his life. Ashley Glen provided the activities and social intereaction that [Removed]was missing and so desperately needed. The facility does not resemble an assisted living facility. Stepping inside is much like entering a friend's home. The staff truly care and love the residents. The interactions between staff and resident goes far beyond caring for their basic needs. We were very fortunate in selecting Ashley Glen. The care and peace of mind that we received went beyond our expectations!
July 2017: My husband was a resident during the period August 2016-March 2017. I only have GREAT things to say about the staff - from Management to each member of the facility (all are caring and attentive), the food (my husband's previous stay had him eating pureed food - Ashley Glen had him on reg food - which worked for him most of the time); the accommodations. When I had to make the decision to have my husband leave our home, I was very fortunate in that they had a room available in their Memory Care unit. One of the most difficult decisions I will ever have made in my life was moving my husband to a full-time facility. Due to the caring nature of all staff, it was also one of the best decisions I ever made. In the future, I hope to spend some of my free time volunteering at this facility. I having nothing but praise to say about this facility. Thank you.
I have a friend that goes here and I have seen the community. I have not gotten to talk to anyone around here, but the community is nice and seems like they have a lot of activities for the residents to participate in.
