Our residents in Independent Living and Assisted Living will experience a fabulous, worry-free retirement lifestyle where they can treasure the truly important things in life! Situated in Southern Delaware County in the vibrant Polaris Area, our all-inclusive community is designed for residents 55+ who want to be able to enjoy the experiences of modern-day living in an environment where they know that their needs will be met—now and in the future. We offer flexible rental agreements for Independent Living: studio, one- and two-bedroom apartment sizes with rent starting at $2850/month. Month-to-month Assisted Living rates are based upon apartment sizes and individual care needs. Exclusive Benefits for Early Bird Depositors! Founders’ Circle reservations are being accepted now!
