Our mother spent almost 5 months at The Hearth, both independent/assisted living and memory care. The staff is extremely caring and attentive, and they listened to any concerns or requests that came up and addressed them immediately. They went out of their way to make her feel like an important member of their community. She was able to go to a daily exercise class (even though she used a walker to get around), which was a huge benefit, as going out to physical therapy was almost impossible. The staff went out of their way to call her by her first name (which always impressed her and made her feel special. They would often make a point to ask her questions about how they could make her stay there more comfortable and pleasant. I spent a lot of time there and saw how much they care about their residents! We feel very lucky she spent her time at The Hearth.... Read more

This community had a bistro and it was very nice. The community was wonderful and my loved one really wanted to move in. However, the community wasn't able to accept my loved one due to the health concerns.
The Hearth at Franklin is mostly very good but they seem to suffer from ongoing staffing shortages. This has affected the availability and consistency of any extra care my mom has needed beyond medication management. The facility could use additional maintenance.

We toured with The Hearth at Franklin and had a great experience. The staff were great and answered all our questions - they also followed up afterwards. For us it was just a matter of accommodations and another facility fit what they were looking for better.

I toured The Hearth at Franklin and everybody was really nice. The room was a good size and the amenities were excellent. They had more residents, but they seemed more active and staff seemed more involved with individual residents. It might be because they had a higher staff to resident ratio, but it was a lot more expensive. The lady who showed us around, she was great. The Hearth required residents to get Covid shots and that was a deal breaker.
This is a great place. The staff are very good with the residents; however, they are always looking for additional staff members here. The staff communication with the family is fine, and they are responsive to our questions and concerns. There are three meals a day served to the residents, with one option for the memory care residents.

We were very impressed with our tour at The Hearth at Franklin. The reason we did not choose this facility was because it was a lot bigger and had multiple levels to it. We thought my loved one would do better in a place that was all on one floor and had less residents.

The Hearth at Franklin is in a great location and the staff here were outstanding. The facility itself is older but it is well maintained. Some things we were looking for they did not offer such as covered parking, large open gathering areas, and storage space. It is less expensive, for the money I think it is a great place with the most friendly staff.

We were very pleased with our tour we had with The Hearth at Franklin. It was a very nice facility, but the location was just too far for us.

Our loved one was there for respite care, and when he gets out of skilled nursing he will be going back. He really loved the meals and dining service, and the activities. He is a very active person and was constantly kept busy. We have had nothing but an amazing experience with the people at The Hearth. The business team has really gone above and beyond for our loved one and reaching out to him while he has been away.

We chose The Hearth at Franklin because it was recommended and I was able to tour the facility at the time and the continuity that I am able to go in since I am her caregiver made a big difference. The room sizes are excellent, they are private rooms as well. They do communicate very well by email to keep families updated. I would recommend to others looking.

The community is very nice on the inside and outside but it is not run well. There are some very nice staff members though. They have above-average room sizes but they have had a lot of employee turnover this year. They have a great location in our community The food needs more seasoning but they have a nice variety.

The caregivers at The Hearth are compassionate and loving. The management leaves much to be desired and did not respond to concerns we expressed. The corporate office referred me back to the local Ex Director. Although disruptive, I ended up moving my parents to another facility in order to receive the care they needed and that we were paying for. Very disappointing.

I think it is a good place. The food is okay, not great. The room sizes are really good. They have a front porch and an outdoor courtyard in the center of the building. They also have a veranda for residents to use. The staff has really improved recently.

It is a great place. My parents have been happy. The food okay. They have different floor plan. The care staff has been great. The administration is not easy to get a hold of. They have done a good job during Covid-19. My parents have felt safe.

[Name removed] was very informative and gave me more information on Veteran benefits and Long Term Health Care. The Hearth had new carpet and paint. I toured a 2 bedroom that felt spacious and was bright and cheerful. The kitchenettes in the Hearth had more counter space and a full size refrigerator. Once again I believe Assisted Living is not appropriate at this time.

Enjoyed the tour with [name removed]. Looks like a very nicely appointed community. My loved one, however, needed a higher level of care (SNF) and so we need to look elsewhere.
