The community overall is clean but our loved one has said they have seen bugs in their apartment so the house keeping could maybe be improved some. Some of the staff members are nice but there are a decent amount that just don't even really smile at you and we do think they would benefit from having name badges so the residents could learn their names easier. They do seem to be doing a good job with the care, but since some of the staff seem unapproachable our loved one is reluctant at times to ask for the assistance we are paying for. So far our loved one says the meals are good, but we visit quite often during the week and we never see any type of stimulating activities going on.
