The Elevated Lifestyle You Deserve
Built around the oldest and largest oak tree in Folsom, California, our continuing care retirement community (CCRC) is not only a beautiful place to call home, but a place where you can savor the elevated lifestyle you deserve. Whether you are looking for assisted living or memory care service, we’ve got you covered.
If you are like any of our other residents, you spent decades taking care of other people. From laundry and dishes to yard work and sweeping, you have invested time and energy into caring for others and maintaining a home. Now it’s your turn to let someone else handle the chores so you can sit back, relax and soak up everything the golden years have to offer.
Perhaps you want to spend more quality time in the great outdoors. You can easily enjoy slow mornings on our meandering trails and stunning interior courtyard, or you could dig into the dirt as you tend your favorite plants in the garden and greenhouse.
If indoor activities are more your speed, you will love our root beer float socials, trivia nights, journaling workshops and painting classes. No matter what your interests are or which community you join, you can always find an exciting and enriching activity, program or event on the community calendar that inspires joy and provides you with a deep sense of purpose, meaning and belonging.
As a resident here, you can enjoy all kinds of amenities and services, including:
•Spacious accommodations designed to feel and function like a home
•On-campus library, bistro, wellness center and beauty and barber shop
•Beautiful outdoor recreation areas including trails and flowering gardens
•Restaurant-style meals served three times a day on dementia-friendly menus
•Care team available on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week?
Because we provide multiple levels of care, we are known as a continuing care retirement community (CCRC). This means if your needs change over time, your address doesn’t have to change along with it. We can easily adapt your personalized care plan to accommodate your new circumstances so you don’t have to deal with the stress or financial burden of relocating to a new community.
For added peace of mind, our care team is available on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency or provide additional assistance throughout the day. Whether you want someone to lend a hand with things like personal grooming, mobility and managing medication or you could use some gentle guidance and reminders throughout the day, we are always here to make sure your every need is met.

Reviews of Brookdale Folsom
This place is not so well organized. There are too many units, thus elevators can be very busy, especially during meal times.
- Feels like home
My mom was so used to living on her own in a big house with a lot of land and this transition wasn’t easy but she felt right at home the minute she got there. I really like that there is a hospital right across...
- Nice Community and Staff
This is a pretty nice community with nice staff. I like the staff who are on the Memory Care side. I get to talk with them when I am there. My mom has a pretty small room with assistance from the staff.
