Our loved ones was only at this community for one week for Respite, the cleanliness of the community was work, but the maintenance was not always kept up. The administration were very friendly and helpful until they had our money. Our calls were never answered, and they were inattentive. The staff as long as i was there were very friendly, our loved one needed help eating due to his Parkinson's, and they would put him at the self eating table, they just did not listen to us. We did pay extra for a two-man lift, and he never had that it was just a one person lift, and at night if he needed help he did not get it.

My mother and father were in this facility together. They shared a room. The facility was clean and the staff was ultra great! The staff was caring and i could tell they took their job seriously. The Owners were nice as well. The food at first was delicious. They were in this facility for approximately 3 to 3 1/2 years before they both passed. I steadily saw a decline in the food. It was terrible and the facility had a huge turnover of employees. I cannot say anything bad about the caretakers in the facility. Although, the turnover was big each caretaker that came in was very good. They took really good care of my parents. My father developed dementia and wasnt easy to care for but they did it well. No place is perfect and if that is what you are looking for, you wont find it. This place was the one of the best i could find when researching.

Yesterday was a year since my mother passed. She was a resident at Ravenna for a little over a month. In my opinion, the lack of care at Revenna caused her death. The facility looks nice and they talk a good talk, but it is only talk. They don't have enough caregivers to take good care of their residents and don't seem to care.
