Everyone is kind and friendly. They make a point of knowing their residents by name and addressing them by name. The facility is tucked back in a nice neighborhood, but still easy to get to. Good medical staff. They have emergency alarms in all of the rooms and each person gets an emergency button to wear. Just about everything is included in the monthly charges, except telephone and hair care. They do offer transportation to medical appointments, but only on certain days so you have to make sure to coordinate appointments with transportation availability. The facility has a Memory Care unit, as well.
