Everyone we met was very nice. The ground were lovely. Currently on the short list for consideration
Even during the pandemic they made good efforts to keep the activities going the best that they could. Our loved one is in memory care so at times he can be difficult to care for because he may forget things more frequent, but the staff members have handled his care so good, they are just so kind to him.
My parents are current residents at Overland Court Senior Living in Boise, and have been there for a little over a year. [names removed] and the entire care staff are amazing and I'm so thankful that my parents are being so well taken care of. We had a pretty awful experience at the previous property where they were living in Caldwell and I was so worried when I was looking to move them. [names removed] were the first people I met. They were compassionate, welcoming and transparent. Best decision I've ever made! My parents are doing pretty well, despite the Covid restrictions and this is a direct result of the entire team at Overland Court and [name removed], the Activities Director, for their positive attitudes, love and compassion for their residents. Every time I ask my parents if their doing ok, their response is always the same. "We are doing fine and they treat us really well here". :) I can't say enough about Overland Court and Frontier Management. Thank you so much for all you do and for the wonderful team you have in place in Boise. I am forever grateful.
I would recommend others look at this community. We liked it the best out of all the communities we saw. The environment feels like home. It was very comfortable. The community is all on one floor for the residents.
The cleanliness of the community seems to be good. We think the communication right now is number one, they have been doing such a good job keeping us informed on what is going on by email. We would recommend this community to others.
The short time we were there it was good and they worked with me really well. They tried really hard to work with my mom even when she was difficult to care for. The staff were friendly and very nice to me as well. The were also well staffed. The would talk to me at all hours of the day and night. She had her own little apartment which was so nice. They offered a lot of activities.

Judi, thank you so much for your kind words. Your review means a lot to our team. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any additional help.
Nice but building is dated. Activities and social envirenmont nice. Rooms are great. Lots of Staff busy with tenants. Staff friendly. Classified as a non-Trained staff except for RN, CNA and Med Techs. However, staff was very attentive and caring. Only reason I will not choose this facility is resident age. Tenants are older than my mom. Not a good fit.
Really, really liked the place and the people. We are currently working with the staff on getting an assessment and what arrangements need to be made in hopes this will work out for mom.

Thank you! Let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in the meantime :)
We found the nursing staff and administrative folks compassionate and caring. Some of the. Hands on staff could benefit from a little more training in care of dementia clients.
Toured this senior living home and put it in the final group to consider.Limited tour so I think I will return for another with questions that I thought of after I left.
I toured this facility while looking for a place for my brother. The staff members seemed to be very nice and the building was very well kept. Everyone from the directors down was involved in the resident’s daily life. They even know everyone by name! This was my first pick but unfortunately, they didn’t have any openings. I would recommend this facility to other families.
I went on a tour here and the staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions. It seemed to be nice and clean. It was a newer building. It was bigger and more expensive. It would have been further from my sister. They seemed professional here. Just not a good fit.
Between the odor, the condition of the rooms and the carpets in the main area, the staff we spoke to and their level of preparedness, this probably isn't our first choice. They did seem to have an active community.
I called Overland Court for information, and they would not even asses my loved one. They refused to even talk to me because of my loved one's duel diagnosis. There was no way I would even think to put my loved one here just based on the way they initially received me.
My Mom was here briefly and I was very satisfied between the facility and hospice. The staff was very good and able to answer my questions and take care of her the way she needed. Their administrative staff was very accommodating, as well. The food was fine as far as I understand. The facility had a few activities and they were able to get Mom out of bed the last few weeks she was there to participate in them. Everything looked fine and kept clean. There were a few issues but we were able to work through them. We chose them specifically because of the location – it was only a mile from my house, which was very convenient. This really is a tough job because they have a lot of people to take care of there but the staff did a good job. I highly recommend them.
We toured this community, and I really, really liked it. It was definitely beautiful in a homey type of way. However, there were no openings when we were looking, so we had to find another community for my loved one.
Overland has been a great experience so far, especially the staff. They seem very well trained, very knowledgeable, and very good at calming and directing the residents. They have social activities, exercise classes, and other events there, and I’ve seen my dad be encouraged and drawn out more by the staff. I’ve seen him socializing with the other residents; it’s amazing to see him in the best mood I’ve seen in a long time. The community is also kept very clean, the outside looks very nice with flowers, trees, and a patio area. It’s expensive here, but I think it’s worth it, and I’d recommend Overland to others.
Mom is doing better since moving into this community. The foods is good and they offer healthy options. They offer a lot of activities and mom seems to enjoy the exercise class. The staff is attentive and she is getting good care. This community is in a good location for us and I would recommend it.
After visiting several communities between myself and my uncle we thought this community was the best match for my grandmother's personality. She is so outgoing and engentic we knew she would be happy here. Since moving here she seems to be liking it. She loves the staff she is hugging them goodbye when we take her out for the day. She has made some friends and they sit outside in the common area for sit by the pond and watch the fish. She likes the food it must taste good because anywhere she goes the food there taste salty to her.
Overland Court Senior Living was a very nice and clean community that we toured. They seemed to have plenty of staff that were very friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We chose another community that was a little closer to our family.
