The room that my loved one was in the second time she stayed here was carpeted and she had an accident and it was on the carpet and that didn't come out. They didn't clean it up. It was still there when we moved her out. The quality of care depended on who she had. They should have some activities after dinner. Maybe add a sewing circle or for crocheting. Art and or drawing classes. You have a hard time getting in after 5 PM. The receptionist [name removed] was very nice and the other two main ladies in the office.

I toured this facility and it was pretty nice, but the rooms were small. It didn't feel as homey. The appearance at the entryway level is very nicely done. The atmosphere felt more like a memory care facility. Cleanliness and friendliness were good.
My Doctor's Inn does not feel like a hospital or nursing home at all it feels more similar to a home like setting. There is so much space and room on the memory care floor, it is two levels so our loved one is able to walk around freely and have more opportunity to socializing. Our loved one is not the biggest fan of the meals and we have not had much experience with the activities. The staff members are very friendly and have been able to keep our loved one on a strict mediation routine and have been able to really get a good handle on his health. We would highly recommend My Doctor's Inn to other families, everything has been wonderful

My family toured this community and we were not impressed. The overall cleanliness wasn't great.
Please look elsewhere. Your loved one deserves it. The girls told me they have no training in memory care. Your loved one can lose up to 20 pounds in a month then they finally call the visiting Doctor in. He even comes in with a more qualified nurse not one of the facilities nurses. They just care more about money than your loved one. Make your family member priority one.

This was a bigger community than we wanted. I didn't feel it would be a good fit for my loved one, overall.
Beautiful facility and good pricing structure. Willing to negotiate.

We have had a great experience so far with My Doctor's Inn. The staff members are very nice and helpful, they are great to work with. She does seem to enjoy the meals served here, she has not complained about the food. When she first got here they were doing things like hallway exercise classes, they do offer more activities now and are able to dine in the dining room. Overall, I would recommend them to others who are looking.

My mom has been at My Doctors Inn for 4 years and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff has been wonderful especially during this pandemic. They have gone over and above to keep my mom happy, engaged, and safe. My mom thinks of My Doctors Inn as home. She loves her apartment and the meals. The facility is always clean and well organized. The staff is receptive to my mom’s needs. I am thankful every day that I found this place and highly recommend it.

My mother has been a resident of My Doctor's Inn for the past 2 and 1/2 years. She has gotten excellent care. The staff is friendly. The facility has provided socialization and staff that engage the residents with activities. The facility appears clean. The pricing is very reasonable for the services provided. The food menu appears varied and nutritious. There are nurses on staff and nurse's aides. I no longer have to worry about my mother taking her medication. The facility has always promoted visitation by family and friends, whenever possible. There has always been good communication between myself and management.

We are very happy with my mother in law's care. My Doctor's Inn is a clean, happy place. They are doing everything they can for my mother in law, The food is delicious. The room size is appropriate with nice big closet space. They have nice common areas.

I think they are okay. It works for my mom. The food is okay. The room sizes and the layout is acceptable. I don't think the bifold doors are easy for seniors to use. They do have an outdoor patio I am not sure how often it is used.

Great place for our mother. With this latest scare of the Coronavirus just wish that you could have been more informative. Lately, after one ring phone stops ringing or just rings constantly when we have been calling.

Great caregivers, but if looking to put your loved one in a good memory care facility, PLEASE LOOK FURTHER. Employees made to work double shifts, if relief workers do not show up. How do you think someone working 2 shifts, back to back, are functioning at full ability, with your loved one? Nursing staff? Now really? What are their qualifications and experience in this area? Please spend a little extra money and look for a more qualified facility.

The care friends were great but I was told they have no training with Dementia residents. The only thing management was worried about was making money. Not extra safety for the residents. The nurses there did a good job ordering prescriptions but when the doctor would visit he would have a nurse from a homecare firm come in for a follow up not the nurses on staff. Think twice about putting your loved one here in the memory care side.

If looking for a good memory care facility, please pass this one up. While visiting a family friend, help was needed, only person found was a lady in a blue scrub top with an attitude. Nursing staff are LPN's not knowledgeable in dementia / alheizemiers. I understand the caregivers are wonderful, which is important, but not enough to have your loved one at this facility.

We looked for an assisted-living facility after our mother started experiencing memory-related issues at her independent-living apartment. My Doctor's Inn has been wonderful for her, particularly the life enrichment activities. The facility is beautiful. She enjoys the meals and her private apartment is clean and bright. Recommended

We were very impressed with My Doctor's Inn, and if our mother's circumstances hadn't changed suddenly, she would be a new resident there. The rooms are nice and spacious, everything is well kept, and it's clear that the current Assisted Living residents enjoy being there. We were especially impressed with their ability to accommodate our mother's smoking habit. There's no smoking in the rooms, of course, but they have an area outside on the grounds where people can smoke. I also liked their approach to outside shopping trips. They don't just have a driver, like so many other facilities. Each shopping trip is chaperoned by a senior staff member, who can help assure that the proper items are being purchased. Overall, we'd highly recommend My Doctor's Inn. And who knows? If Mom's situation changes again, we may see you there.
