Our experience was bad, they unfortunately just could not keep the help. There was just not enough staffing and they had high turnover rates. The meals also were not very good, the residents would get sandwiches and hot dogs. Sometimes they would get specialty meals but not very often. The activities schedules looked great, but they never followed through with them.

The community was nice and clean. The staff was super nice and they were very helpful and accommodating. I also got to see the residents out and doing things. This just was not the right place for dad.

The facilities are beautiful and the activities provided for the residents are top notch. The facility is always clean; however, there is to be weekly cleaning of the resident's apartments which include the bathroom, dusting, and vacuuming, unfortunately I have only experienced the floor being vacuumed as I am having to clean the bathroom and dust regularly. The meals are not very diabetic friendly which is an issue for someone who is a diabetic and due to having dementia is not capable of making those proper decisions on their own.

They were very helpful. They were very eager to help us when my mother was sick. The staff has been excellent. They are very caring and attentive. My mother is very comfortable here. The residents are all nice. The area is always clean and fresh. The care givers do such a great job at taking care of my mother. The have a good selection of activities. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a place for their loved ones.

The place at Morning Pointe is very good. I've checked out a few places and Morning Pointe is certainly the nicest place I have seen. The staff is friendly, and very prompt. I know that assisted living is very expensive, and I am not sure if it is the best value or not, especially for someone that is in independent living.
