She's sweet, easy-going and very genuinely caring. The cleaning and personal care staff seem pretty good, but short staffed. They did not do my mom's laundry the entire first week and were supposed to do it twice. She ran out of long pants and they put dirty ones on her from her hamper. This infuriated me and since I complained to the Program Director, it has not been a problem again. As an advocate to a loved one, you just have to visit often to ensure everything is being done properly, but this goes for all facilities for seniors. Her bedroom is kept very clean and the facility is the same. Mom seems to like the food, but the snacks are too carb/bread heavy.
