I would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The community is good at taking photos and sending them to the family to show what our loved one was doing to help my one get acquainted with the community. The staff will call the family and loved ones to keep us updated on what is going on in the community with our loved one. The family is very happy with our experience. There are 2 specials each day and a set menu for the residents to choose from. They have even have filet mignon every day as an option. I have had the opportunity to eat with my loved one and the food is delicious. The community has a happy hour bar for the assisted living area. They have an exercise room, movie theater and a place to get a massage, nails, or hair done. My loved one feels at home and is even participating in the activities.... Read more

Atria at Foster Square seemed like a very qualified facility. All of the staff did their jobs and did them well. For us the location was just too far from friends and family.
I went on a tour at this facility and was blown away by the professionalism, thoughtfulness, and cleanliness. All caregivers and staff were well trained, collaborative, and passionate about providing the best care for the residents. The staff was very personable and knew each of their residents very well. T As a student studying to become a future OT, I can see how much time, effort, and dedication is put into providing the highest level of care for their residents. I was extremely impressed with the monthly calendars and daily schedules created for the residents as it is important to provide opportunities for older adults to socialize, reminisce, and engage in meaningful occupations. Atria at Foster City feels like a big family. As they say in our profession, "Our clients are the true experts." In the case of Atria at Foster City, you can see the staff truly strive to learn from their residents to make this place feel like home.
Passionate and caring employees! This community raises the bar!!!
right now is not a good time to be here and the community has a severe staff shortage. Management does not treat their employees with respect. So I would not recommend this community to anyone right now.

Excellent experience! my husband and I very reluctantly began to look at a living situation which would help us deal with his Parkinson’s. We loved our beautiful 37th floor condo where we had lived for 20 years in the heart of San Francisco. We had hoped that we could stay there for the rest of our lives but began to realize at the end of this past year that we needed to make some changes. as we begin to look at possibilities I realized the only one that really ticked all the boxes was the signature Atria in Foster city. We did a virtual tour and then a walk-through and realized it would make it possible for us to move with a minimum of adjustment. We actually moved here less than a month ago and the staff has been astounding. I love how new the property is, every detail seen to, and a very professional staff that is warm, helpful, respectful. And unexpected bonus was the beautiful piano on the second floor which I sat down and played yesterday for the first time and realized this will be yet another gift.

Jason, Your compliments mean the world to our team. Thank you for sharing, and thank you for choosing Atria.
Beautiful place I love all the people that serve us and are very good to us very wonderful, everyone is helpful, activities are wonderful I want this COVID to end to go back to doing activities with friends.
The people in black suits are nice and helpful the staff gives us showers and what I like the black suits and the big chief helping passing out food and I have no complaints about this place, one thing I like is all the activity papers we get an be as simple as drawing to brain teasers learning about countries that we never though off and I loved my virtual birthday it was incredible balloons and cake everything was amazing and plenty of exercise and pictures on how to do them and information on the community updates.
Safe and protecting our health, 5* for the caregivers, everyone is nice to me workers go over and beyond
Staff is responsive to our needs and are friendly.
Beautiful Facility, Management is above average. Lots of activities, very nice people.
Great community...5 STAR all around!!! Care, service, hospitality, & most importantly smiles. What more can you ask for!
I moved into Atria in December 2019 and have enjoyed my life here completely. The staff has been wonderful and helpful at all times. The food is delicious . One of my grandsons when he visited had lunch in the dining room and announced that this was his favorite restaurant. The building is kept in beautiful condition and our rooms are cleaned on a weekly basis. The administration has worked hard to keep us all safe during this pandemic and their efforts have been successful.
My parents moved into this beautiful facility, the staff is exceptional, caring and compassionate, meals are great, they accommodate my parents special requests and the facility is immaculate!! Thank you Atria Foster Square for taking such great care of my parents.
They are extremely professional, they really care about their residents, and they have great food . It feels like you are in a top rated hotel. They have an impeccable happy hour every single day for the residents, which includes appetizers, alcohol beverage of choice, and live music playing. My mom just looks forward to it every day. I would recommend this community to other families.
Great facility and programming. The housing options are varied and it's nice to have valet parking for both the residents and their guests. Nice to have flat, leveled streets surrounding the property.
