The management team is outstanding in that they really work with you as part of the family. The staff works with the residents always with a smile, and in a very joyful way. They're very caring and very responsive. The food is superb. They have a full time chef, and he does an outstanding job. I tell him he could compete quite successfully with the restaurants in town. They do a great job with activities. And I feel the cost is very fair. It is expensive, but there is a lot of value in what they provide.... Read more

We toured with Loma Clara and it was a nice facility, all of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location would have been really good for us. But they wanted to put my loved one in memory care and we did not think she was ready for that type of care yet. It was not the right fit for us.

Now the community is open for visitors, we took a tour and the community is spotless. They are dedicated to our loved one. The staff gives great support to the residents and families. Loma Clara has a chef during meals. I look forward to the meals, and they are very good. My loved one doesn't participate; however, there is always something going on for the residents to participate in. It is a pricy community, but worth the money and allowing my loved one to be happy here. The level of support and care from the staff members , they go above and beyond. There are directors who sit down and visit with our loved one, even in their apartment. They will be able to provide more support as my loved one's memory care worsens.
Our experience with this community before COVID was a five out of five, but after it went down. The community at the time was brand new, everything was so nice and it did not smell bad, however the price was expensive. The rooms are beautiful, definitely a five out of five. It is a very nice and friendly environment.
