My mom stayed at Granite Ledges for almost a year (before needing to go to a higher level of care.). The staff was consistently kind, helpful and respectful. We also appreciated that most of them had great senses of humor! The room layout is very good (she was in a one-bedroom), and the common areas and dining room are clean, pleasant and inviting. Mom adored the food, especially the in-house baked desserts! There are lots of actives for the residents to participate in, many with fun and innovative themes. We chose Granite Ledges because it was not as big as some of the other places we were looking into, it is a relatively smaller community. The location is convenient to good healthcare, Concord hospital and between my brother and I. My mom really likes that they have a walking path around the entire building so she is able to get out and walk. She was very happy she was able to bring her cat as well, they are a pet friendly facility and her cat seems to be popular. I would recommend them to others looking.
I found the staff members to be very friendly and helpful and they are willing to accommodate anything and everything that we have needed thus far. I would definitely recommend Granite Ledges of Concord to others looking.
Granite Ledges is nestled in the woods behind Concord Hospital and very near Dartmouth Hitchcock Clinic. The staff is very accommodating to the residents’ and families’ needs. It is a very caring facility, there are daily activities, a paved sidewalk for outside enjoyment and a wide selection of menu choices in the dining room.
It has been a very positive experience. They try very hard to meet the residents' needs. The facility itself is very good. And my loved one tells me she loves the food.
Granite Ledges offers a warm, inviting, caring community for those who need assisted living and/or memory care. I have a family member who has resided there for approximately 5 years. As their memory care needs have progressed, Granite Ledges staff worked with our family to ensure our loved one continued to receive the care they needed. Their commitment to their residents and families has been wonderful. They have gone above and beyond during the pandemic to keep families informed and the residents engaged. I highly recommend them.
My mother has been a resident of Granite Ledges for a year. She transitioned from an independent to an assisted living facility following COVID protocols which was an interesting experience. The staff is accommodating to my mother's needs as well as mine. Everyone is extremely friendly, and it is so nice to know that the staff understands and relates well to the residents they care for. I also enjoy my time spent visiting with Mom at Granite Ledges. I've gotten to know the staff and enjoy my interaction with them.
This community serves us well. It is not cheap but it serves for what we need.
The staff at Granite Ledges are very caring and compassionate The facility is in a good location right across the street from the hospital which makes going to doctors appointments very easy. It is a beautiful campus that is nestled away back in the woods with pretty scenery. I would recommend to others looking.
Delightful place for your elderly family and or friends. The atmosphere is light and bright, wonderful meals and there activities for everyone.
All is well since my father's move to this community. He is doing well, and I'am satisfied.
The staff at Granite Ledges is wonderfully supportive of the residents as well as their families. My mother in law seems to like the food. They do offer daily activities. The community is pretty clean, however I think it could be improved. I would recommend this community.
The staff is amazing, supportI've and caring. I highly recommend Granite Ledges.
