When we had to increase dads level of care to helps with ADLs, he didn't always get the daily/ weekly assistance we were paying for. There seems to be quite a bit of turnover in the kitchen so meals are sometimes good, sometimes not so good. But they now offer a \"grab and go\" café so dad can take a sandwich up to his room and that's a nice addition. Although my dad doesn't typically leave his room to join activities, they've gotten better with more variety for the residents.
