This facility has gone under new management since my dad has moved in here and we have started having some issues. We did have a meeting to discuss those issues and it appears they are going to resolve them. We are going to wait and see but the director was very understanding of our concerns and was aware herself of some of them before we brought them to light. It is a much smaller community so that has been helpful with more individualized care.
The staff as care takers were very kind and caring. Not impressed with the owner of the facility. Lacked compassion for my husbands and my needs. Was not current with the knowledge of insurance procedure to the company that I was using. More in-service needed on "total care" residents" if one is admitted to the facility. If no in-service available then this facility should be strictly an "assisted living'" care facility. Again, the caretakers were sweet, hard working and caring people but more "hands on" needed from the owner. At times the staff could use a little more help especially when bathing the residents. Cost was great and facility beautiful. The Hospice care from [removed] was wonderful.
I was calling to ask a question but i got no answer and they never returned my call. The communication was not good. The staff that i did meet during my tour were nice. The community was also kept clean. Activities are offered to residents.
Wonderful place for our Mom.
We toured this community when we were looking into care options for my loved one. This is a smaller, residential type community, and everything I saw during the tour looked very nice. It was clean, well kept, and the staff were all very friendly. I liked that they only had room for 12 patients total, I knew my loved one would get a lot of individual attention. Although we didn't select this community it was 2nd on my list.
