I love living here. I have lots of friends and would recommend.
I love living here, it meets all my expectations and my needs. I would recommend to everyone.
Absolutely love this community! Friendly and caring staff. Residents are happy and involved. I always feel welcomed and supported each time I visit!

I'm very happy with the community and I think we made the right choice. The staff is good and very nice and the food is good. The community has a gym and that is nice. I would definitely recommend this community to others. I would like to have an orientation when moving in.
This is so beautiful and boy would I like to stay here when I retire. The cost is a bit out of our price range but if it wasn’t I’m not sure they would be able to take care of my mother. The level of care is extremely expensive at a three or four. I love it but I don’t think it is a contender at this time because of cost.
This community looked great! It was more of a business feel than others and HUGE, so I'm not sure if it's a good fit. It was very clean and everyone was very kind. The residents seemed happy. It was a good experience.
Very large complex. Nice resident rooms ( a little smaller than some) but much higher cost than other comparable centers
Very impressive. Staff were all professional and friendly. Facilities were more than adequate. Additional activities, such as movies, games, once a week events are a big plus due to the stimulus offered to the residents. Pricey though for the average person.
Isle at Watercrest is not only a beautiful facility, the staff has been amazing! They have bent over backwards to adjust us with the transition. More importantly, every caregiver we have interacted with has been kind, compassionate, gentle, and patient with Mom and Dad.
Everything is fine for my sister and I haven't had any issues with them. They have been very accommodating. My sister never tells me anything negative about the community. They have been really nice to me every time I visit the community.
My mother is doing well with her move to this community. I do feel she is safe, and in good hands. They are taking good care of her, and her needs. The staff is great, and very helpful when needed. They do a great job with the cleanliness around the facility. All is well for us in this community.
I would loved to have my mom be close to me if she had moved into this community but their pricing was out of the ball park for us. They were wonderful at showing us around the community and it fit the needs for the care but the cost was not.
As one of the first residents at The Isle of Watercrest at Dominion in their Assisted Living-Extended Care/Memory Care complex, we appreciate the caring staff, including EVERYONE from Director, administrative staff, Nurses, assistants, kitchen/dining room, janitorial and maintenance that all helped Mom and family or visitors feel welcome. The decor and amenities available are exceptional and our family highly recommends you VISIT and CONSIDER the many options at this new and convenient location. We checked six Assisted Living communities in NW San Antonio and Boerne areas. The fees here were similar or less than comparable facilities.
my mother spent a couple months at the Alamo Ranch location while we waited for Dominion location to open. She has been at the Dominion location for about a month. In both locations the staff were sweet and very attentive day to day. She had a couple of falls and that is where their value was realized for me. They came immediately when called and they ensured that she was fine and continued to check on her after. There will always be growing pains for a senior moving from their home to assisted living, but these folks have been genuinely willing to work to meet her needs. As with all new businesses, Dominion location has had a few growing pains, but as things get up an running I see the professionalism and desire to be the best coming through.
