Our loved one has only been there for a couple of months and so far all the people we have encountered seem to be very friendly and helpful. They doing quite a good job of keeping us updated with her health, and any updates regarding her medication.
I think it is a very homey and friendly community. They really care for the residents. My loved one was happy with the food.
We love Brookdale Niagara. It is a great place. Their overall coordination of their staff from the janitor to the administration are friendly and were willing to make it the best for the family. The activities had musicians come in and sing for the residents and make it appropriate for the age level in the community, kitchen lessons and have it as a snack, they had a dog come in every few weeks, and interact with the residents. They even had a coordinator that did art projects and history to try and remember things. Every once in a while they would have a picnic for the family with the residents. You would make an appointment, and they would provide the food.
They were amazing. My mom was only there for a short period before she passed. She was in memory care and they were very attentive. They really tried to get her engaged and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend this facility! DEBBIE R was wonderful as we moved mom into the facility and was always available. Debi the nurse, Kristy the business manager and Mary Lou the site director were excellent managing the day to day communication and care. Highly recommend!!
My mom is in Brookdale Niagara memory care. We love the place. The workers are nice, she is always clean, they have plenty of activities to keep them busy, the food is good. her room is good size and bright and on a lot of Thursday they go places. I definitely would recommend this place
Friendly staff, great communication with us about Dad’s care. We have been extremely happy. The Chef is wonderful. Dad is enjoying the food and has made several new friends. All in all, a terrific fit. We are lucky to have Dad at Niagara Alzheimer’s and Dementia care.
best reputation of any memory care we have researched. So many families recommended this facility that we had to check it out. Brookdale Niagara is beautiful but more than that the atmosphere is filled with love. I realize how that sounds but it is true. Save yourself some time and call them first, you will see what we find. The right choice for your family,
The facility is clean and beautifully decorated. The aides are very caring and patient. There is a good ratio of care givers to residents. Over all very happy with the care my mom received.
Very homey. Staff was caring and interacted well with the residents. Facility was very clean and decorated well. Staff answered all of our questions and also gave us information we hadn’t thought to ask about.
This is the place for kind and compassionate memory care in Wheatfield. Sadly we have had several members of our family who have suffered with Dementia. Three family member have lived at Clare Bridge/Brookdale Niagara Memory Care. The staff are excellent. Food is really wonderful. It is clean, the residents seem so happy and we always feel welcomed.
Experienced, professional, compassionate, loving and kind. This community is just the right combination of all. We know this is the best place.
We have been so happy with our cousins care. Our worries diminished almost immediately upon meeting with the admissions person. The compassion they have shown our cousin and basically the whole family is so apppreciated. When a member of your family wanders it is life changing. I'm just so grateful for this place and all the kind staff. Thank you for caring for our cousin. I would tell anyone who is considering placing someone to come see this place first.
Beautiful Memory Care Community. We loved visiting and feel it is the very best solution for our Mom. The staff was so welcoming and we had a tour with [Removed]. She put at us ease. We developed a plan for our Mom moving forward. We came to see the campus because of their sterling reputation and I am so glad we spent time here. This is the place mom will soon call home.
Our experience has been a positive one! Things have gone very well so far! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and they've been very accommodating regarding getting my loved one set up at the right care level. The facility itself is well kept and clean, and I like that it is all on one floor with some nice outdoor areas.
I thought they did an excellent job here. The staff were all very friendly and professional, and they provided excellent care for my loved one while she was there. I liked that they had all sorts of activities for the residents, and that since this was a memory care community they were all created with that in mind.
Wonderful place!! Staff is screening immediately. Very clean, light and inviting place.
Facility is comfortable, all one floor. Rooms are small, and only one room with a large window. No cooking and a very small fridge. Facility can allow people to stay even if they need assistance to walk. Others may not allow this.
