This is where state-of-the-art care meets a passion for painting.
If you and your family are looking for a memory care community, we can help. Our Alzheimer's and dementia care community, also known as Clare Bridge, is rooted in “a person-centered approach”. That means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are.
Whether it’s our Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages or our Solace program for the advanced stages of dementia, we have purposeful programs that offer the care you and your family need. Along with our programming, you’ll have peace of mind knowing there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our exclusive Personalized Service System allows us to provide individually customized plans for your family member. Your customized plan means you only pay for the services you need and want. And we’re flexible, so when your needs decrease or increase, your plan and its cost do, too.
The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, our routine that helps our residents maintain their abilities, encourage the use of their current skills, and offer a sense of security and accomplishment.
Brain games, dancing, cooking classes and music programs are just a few of the ways our residents enjoy their days. Here are a few other activities included on the Daily Path:
•Devotional services in our campus chapel
•Ice cream socials in our ice cream parlor
Residents also enjoy InTouch world travel adventures. InTouch brings the outside world in with an intuitively designed touch-screen computer. With easy-to-use, picture-screen prompts, our residents with physical or cognitive limitations can launch a virtual world of discovery.
With several apartments to choose from, you and your family will find just the right floor plan to fit your loved one’s style. Here are a few more apartment features that will make you feel right at home:
•Plenty of natural window light
•Freedom to style it and make it comfortable and familiar for your loved one
•Move-in guide and a suggested list of what to bring
•Lots of storage
•Companion suites available
Your loved one can enjoy spending sunny days outside in our large courtyard or meeting up with friends in the game room to work on a puzzle. Your loved one can stop by the library to pick out a book and then they can join a cooking demonstration in the community kitchen.
We also have an arts and crafts studio on campus and a cafe bistro for light snacks and beverages throughout the day. And residents love our convenient on-site beauty salon and barbershop for hair appointments.
