If you’re living a mostly independent lifestyle, but you could use an extra hand with some of your day-to-day activities, we can help.

With both assisted living and Alzheimer’s and dementia care on one campus, at our senior living community in Houston, Texas, you’ll have the care you need when you need it.

Our Alzheimer’s and dementia care community, also known as Clare Bridge, is rooted in “a person-centered approach”. That means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are.

You’ll also find comfort knowing that staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your wellness is supported by collaborative care partnerships between your family, our care associates and other healthcare providers. With assisted living and memory care, you only pay for what you need, and the plan is flexible so if your needs increase or decrease, so do your costs.

Turns out, staying socially connected is good for your health. Check out some of the fun opportunities waiting for you here:
•Gardening
•Happy hour
•Shopping trips
•Bingo
•Card games
•Move night
•Fitness classes
•Baking club?

Memory care residents have a lot of choices for activities, too. Gardening, cooking class and dancing are just a few examples of what you or your loved one can enjoy. The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, which maintain our memory care residents' abilities and encourage the use of their current skills.

You also have choices when it comes to finding your new home. Check out our apartment features:
•Studio and one-bedroom floor plan options
•Private bathroom
•Pet-friendly
•Bright window light and plenty of storage
•Freedom to decorate your home to fit your style
•Basic utilities and maintenance included
•All apartments are on the ground floor for easy access

After a morning yoga class, you can in our gazebo in the courtyard gardens. You can also join weekly shopping and lunch-out excursions to local destinations. For your convenience, we have an on-site wellness clinic. You can also book your next hair appointment on campus and skip the extra drive.

If  your loved one needs to transition to memory care later, you’ll have services and amenities that give you a full range of personalized assistance and health care to fit your lifestyle.

  • Horrible Experience

We had a horrible experience during my fathers time in this community. We would be with him during day, but at night when he needed some help, it would take up to 20 minutes for someone to respond. We moved him out within 5 days. I would not recommend this community anybody.

  • A Friendly Atmosphere!!

What really caught my attention from this community was the positive interaction between the residents and the staff. . I like that they maintain the community clean. I usually have lunch with my loved one and it's good. If i do have concerns they usually will follow up with me. One thing that they could improve on would be to offer more activities.

  • A Few Issues, But This Is A Nice Community

Coming from out of state we had a few issues at the beginning with client intake and medication. The director and his management team have provided us with the assistance we needed to remedy the problems to place my mother in the memory unit with no limitations. Other than those issues it has been a good experience. The care staff here is wonderful. They are taking very good care of my mother and all of her needs. They have been very helpful and informative to me as well by making suggestions on what my mother may need. Mother is participating and working on many of the activities they offer throughout the day. The meals are presented nicely, and my mother is pleased with the taste of the food. They are providing her with great care but also with kindness and assistance she needs to adjust to her new community. I feel confident that my mother will be taken care of in a professional and loving way. This is a community I would recommend to anyone whose parents are in the stages of dementia or Alzheimer's.
