In Clare Bridge, we go above and beyond just planning activities for your loved one. The Clare Bridge Daily Path offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs per day, which maintain our residents' abilities and encourage the use of their current skills. These include a morning cognitive workout with discussions, brain stimulating games and physical activity with a variety of opportunities like our B-Fit program, walking programs, and dancing.

When it comes to apartments, it’s all about choices—your choices. With nearly a dozen different floor plans you’ll be able to find just the right home to fit your style. Here are a few of our apartment features:
•Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom options
•Garden views available with select floor plans
•Plenty of natural window light
•Pet-friendly
•Kitchen with a microwave, sink and refrigerator
•Basic utilities, maintenance and transportation are included
•Fewer bills to worry about

You’ll love our location. Our community is located in the residential neighborhood of Champions Forest on a wooded campus with beautiful landscaping. You can enjoy scenic views from our covered front porches and many of our apartments feature views of our wooded grounds and gardens. On a warm sunny day, enjoy a walk in our outdoor courtyard.

Did you know you can book your next hair appointment on campus at our beauty salon and skip the extra drive? You can even reserve a private dining room for special celebrations with family and friends. And don’t forget to check out our piano if you want to practice or listen to other residents play some of their favorite tunes.

You’ll also find comfort knowing that staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Your wellness is supported by collaborative care partnerships between your family, our care associates and other healthcare providers. Our exclusive Personalized Service System allows us to provide individually customized plans for you if you live in Assisted Living and memory care.  You only pay for what you need, and the plan is flexible so if your needs increase or decrease, so do your costs.

  • A good home for someone who really needs care.

Brookdale was a nice clean faculty. The staff was very professional and very outgoing. They really tried to make the residents feel comfortable and like they were at home. My sister was in their memory care. They were there when we needed them. Room was adequate in size. They welcomed my grandchildren when they visited. Very nice place, nice setting. Staff really tried their best to be there for the residents.

  • “A Place for Mom” Saved Us

I began searching for assisted living facilities after my 73 year old sister fell and broke her ankle just before Thanksgiving. Time was a huge factor, since she was in a rehab center with no definite date for discharge, and we knew she wouldn’t be able to stay by herself in her home. My search directed me to “A Place for Mom” and I grudgingly filled out the information. Little did I know it would be the lifeline we needed. Within the hour [Removed], Senior Living Advisor, called and gathered pertinent information about my sister—her interests, hobbies, medical needs—and most importantly, that her beloved dog had to go wherever she ended up. [Removed] immediately sent me a list of nearby facilities that were pet-friendly, and I scheduled tours with two of them that week. Both facilities were impressive, with warm, caring staffs, but we decided that Brookdale Champions best met our needs. With the holidays looming and my sister’s unexpected loss of independence, we were emotion wrecks. [Removed] and the rest of the staff at BC listened patiently and offered great support in accommodating us. We couldn’t be more pleased, and my sister is making new friends and loving the food. The staff helps out with dog duty—thanks a million, J—-and communication is excellent from the nurse, [Removed], and others. I highly recommend utilizing “A Place for Mom” in your search for the right facility. We are forever grateful to Molly for her assistance in pointing us to Brookdale Champions.

  • In Laws are Well in This Community

My father in law is doing well since his move to this community, but my mother in law is having some health issues. However we do feel they are safe, and in good hands in this community. A place for mom was great with all they help they provided us with. This is a lovely community, and I would recommend it.
