Our family had an in person tour and this Brookdale was not favorable We really did not like it, and the studio apartment was so small and not easily accessible. There was no kitchenette, the community was not laid out well and we just would not recommend
We chose Brookdale Everett because I liked they offer medicaid, the location was good, and I liked the room the best that they showed me. Also, I really liked the feel of the staff, it was more of a small family feel and it did not seem like they were trying to sell me on things. The room sizes here are very good, she has a one bedroom apartment and it is good for what she needs. Mom has been a little frustrated with getting staff to do things differently and she feels her messages are not always received. But once I get involved things seem to get taken care of quickly. I would recommend them to others looking.
The marketing lady that we dealt with in the beginning was so lovely, just an overall lovely woman. She was so helpful, so kind and really went out of her way to help out our family. However, we had an opposite experience with the director, we were not a big fan. It was almost borderline deceitful, kind of like a bait and switch and no communication and would never return our calls. The director also always seemed very secretive.

We chose Brookdale Everett because the openness of the people I interviewed with and they were just very helpful and went out of their way to help me navigate this tough decision. The room sizes seem to be adequate. My sister likes the food, she is very happy with it. The thing that is outstanding for me is they have had zero cases of everyone. I would recommend.
I’ve been living in Brookdale for a couple of months now, and I love my little studio apartment. The people that work here are tremendous. The sales manager, [Removed] has been great to me, and she has been incredibly helpful. The residents here are also very nice. The place is clean, and the food is good as well. Really the only issue is that sometimes, they seem to run out of food or the menu says one thing will be served, but the food is different when you get into the dining room because they didn’t have something. Otherwise, Brookdale has been great, and I’d recommend it to others.
It's a really nice community and it seems like the people, residents and staff alike, are generally cheerful. They are very responsive to Mom's needs and take care of her. The only complaint I have heard her mention, which was this past week, is the food hasn't been very good. Maybe they have a new chef?
This looked like a nice community when we visited. The people we met were nice. They do offer rooms for low income residents. They do not accept medicaid.
Every aspect of Brookdale Everett is a 1! My mother has fallen twice after 5pm because no one is watching her.I was there one night and couldn't find anyone in the building,I had to call 911 myself. They over-charged me as well! I am very dissatisfied with Brookdale.
I am struggling with my parents adapting to the community and it is not the community's fault, it is my parents. The community is nice and very clean. The staff is very good, I am comfortable with my parents in their care. Most of my issues have been with my parents and not with the community. A place for mom was great to work with.
