This is the location I selected for my mom. Staff, facility amenities, and care plan were the key factors in selecting this location.
They're awesome. They're easy to work with, and provide great information. The facilities are above what I thought they were going to be going into this. They have met and exceeded what I was hoping to get, and my loved one is happy. Activities are just starting to ramp back up, but they've been pretty awesome throughout. They actually have a pool at this facility, which is an added plus. And they also have a movie theater and a beauty parlor/salon.
Overall it's been a positive experience for my loved one. The covid restrictions have made it harder to . The dining room is starting to reopen for the residents. The meals look appetizing. The food has been being delivered to the resident's rooms.
It's a beautiful place and the staff is very friendly. However, I've had to make some phone calls to get things done that my Mother isn't able to do. She's asked but, it doesn't get done. I wish the staff could spend more one on one time with the residents especially during this time when they are on lock down. They come when called but, leave right away. My mother isn't able to walk & has to be pushed in a wheelchair. It would be nice for her to get out of her room once in a while.
This facility has a resort/spa feel. Every staff member we met interacted with us in a very friendly, welcoming manner. They seem to have a we are all in this together attitude. The staff are recognized for their efforts which seems to create a positive atmosphere. The only down side is the distance from [name removed] home.
I went on a tour here and the staff was very helpful and they answered all of my questions. This was a brand new building it was so beautiful. They had wide halls and tall ceilings. It was just to big for my grandmother she would have been overwhelmed.
When looking for a facility for my Father, I wanted something close to me and this one is only 5 minutes away! My dad is only starting out with dementia and I wanted a place where he could still be independent or be in semi-assisted living. For when he progresses, they do have a dementia unit that looks exactly like the independent side so he will not get confused when he gets moved to the other unit. This has been a great experience so far and my dad is very happy here. They make him feel comfortable and they answer all of our questions. They do have activities to keep my Father busy like a pool, outings to go shopping, a theater room, game nights, and exercise classes. I would recommend this facility to other families.

We are delighted that your father is doing so well at Aspire! Providing a comfortable and active environment for our residents and their guests is very important to us. We appreciate your comments!
The location sold us for this brand new community, it has a few kinks to work out. She has a 1 bedroom balcony room with the sun all day that was real important to mom. She is very close to both of my brother's which is nice. We have some billing issues that we are working on with management that still needs to be resolved. The maintenance takes a little longer than expected but I think he just needs help. The food is a little bland but again my mom is a picky eater. They try to accommodate us with whatever we need. The cleaning staff is great she has a cat which was another perk, but they help her with the cat litter and such. She is getting physical therapy which ends but she will continue to go do that on her own she loves that. The staff is friendly I would recommend this community.

This was the most expensive facility that my Husband and I looked at. It was brand new and absolutely gorgeous. It was state of the art and had plenty of open apartments. They were actually finishing up filling the independent living before they open up the memory care unit. They actually had an enclosed courtyard so the residents weren’t able to stray away. There was plenty of green space and benches to sit on. The activity director was just a doll and was so kind. I would recommend this facility if you are able to afford it.

Hi Sharon. Thank you for sharing your positive tour experience and for recommending our community. Our goal is to create a positive, caring environment for all of our guests and residents. We appreciate your comments!
We were very impressed with this community and the staff did a very nice job showing us around and taking their time with our tour, they answered all our questions. We were interested in this community for our sister but it was not open yet and we needed something right away. We would recommend taking a tour here.
