The cleanliness of the facility is good and the cleanliness of my loved one's room is okay. One suggestion that I would give: A schedule of activities for the family of Memory Care patients. One that shows the days that Memory Care residents take part in activities that are in and out of their unit. We like that it is a smaller unit and that made it feel like a home. The staff in memory care are very friendly. They are attentive to the needs of the resident. They encourage residents to participate in activities and we like that social aspect. I am always greeted by The front desk employees with a smile and welcome. The only thing I am not particularly pleased with is the lack of communication between me and some staff (RN, sales and executive directors, unit staff). I was not made aware that my mom was out of a medication. It all worked out. However, I see room for communication improvement.
