These include 24-hour emergency care service, transportation services, maximize physical functioning, and assist psychosocial wellbeing. This community has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include all food must be in accordance with the Department of Agriculture food pyramid and must provide three meals a day. There is a maximum occupancy of 1 residents per room. There must be one bath or shower for every 1 residents and one toilet for every 1 residents. The minimum number of residents for this community type is 6.
