This screening includes a number of areas of interest such as services provided by the community: how often, when and by who and services for residents with special needs. This community has a number of provisions concerning food and diet which include must offer written menus based on federal nutrition standards, provide adequate food services, and monitor for nutritional problems on specified weight changes.
