Assisted living communities have the luxury of organized social events and apartment style housing as well as personalized support. Assisted living communities frequently provide aid with transit and appointments, help with daily activities, and opportunities for leisurely activity. These include: confidentiality requirements, fire and disaster preparedness, detailed review of the appropriate job description, and resident care. This type of community is required to offer a number of services. These include identifying responses to actual or potential health conditions, comprehensive nursing care, a nursing diagnosis, and executing a minor regimen based upon a nursing diagnosis or as prescribed by a physician, physician’s assistant, chiropractor, dentist, optometrist, podiatrist, or nurse practitioner.
