The care staff is amazing. My family member really likes the food, and she's a fussy eater. It's very, very clean. We have had a very positive experience with everyone we've dealt with. It's older and not as fancy as some of the other places, but the staff makes up for that. She goes to at least two activities each day and she enjoys them. Money is an issue, so this is a facility she can afford for now. She's close to our home also so it's very convenient. I can take back roads to get there and it's about 20 minutes away. Just about everyone working there calls me by name when they see me and they are always friendly and so helpful.Read more
The time when my parents lived here was the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, and Atria was very on top of protecting the residents and following any regulations as they came out. They did a really good job with welcoming my parents to the community and making them feel at home. There were a variety of activities available for the residents to participate in and my parents often did. From what I know, the food was very good. There were several members of the management and sales team that were very helpful through all of this and we appreciate them very much! We felt like we could call them at any time and they would be willing to help.Read more
