Cannot think of one negative thing to say about this facility. It is a beautiful property with many amenities. The staff is amazing. Every level of care is given by extremely professional and kind members of St Therese staff. I was a patient for 6weeks and was extremely happy with everything, and everyone that I came in contact with. God bless all of you. Please don’t lose that amazing level of care, like other facilities in the area. Thank you for everything. Sorry I am so late in adding this review, but I am still getting out patient PT....which will resume shortly.
Read moreMy loved one had a very short stay here. If your loved one passes in the community, they charge for an additional week after your loved one passes. This is disturbing to the family as we had all of my loved one's belongings out the same day our loved one passed. The community still charged us for the additional week. They gave me some numbers to call as the community wouldn't agree to refund the money for us for that additional week that we had to pay. I feel this was a bad business decision. The staff were wonderful and caring during the time my loved one was there. My loved one was on hospice care, and they kept me updated on my loved one. They were very kind and caring. They even were concerned about the entire family and our loved one during this difficult time.
