the community is great and the staff is super helpful in whatever I need. The community has a underground parking for me and the other residents. I also like that the community has an exercise room and an elevator for me to use. I would absolutely recommend my friends and family.

I loved the community and what they have to offer. The location is excellent. The condition of the apartments seemed very nice. I am seriously considering the one bedroom. Have some concerns about the lack of closets in relation to the large amount of belongings I have.

My mom is doing great at Highlands. The staff are nothing but cooperative. They keep the community very clean and it gets my recommendation. They do not offer a meal plan for this independent community. They have tons of stuff including a farmers market weekly.

My mother is doing great here at this community. I know she is safe and in good hands. The community is well-kept, her room and the facility is nice and clean when visit. They have a good staff here. She is receiving great care and I would recommend this community.

These Senior Apartments is working out very well for my parents. They really like it here, everything is working out very well. The grounds are kept very nice. The staff is pleasant. There is a club house where the residents go to talk and play cards. Overall they are doing great and I would recommend it.

I have joined and enjoyed various activities offered in this community. The food is good. They keep the community clean and well taken care of. The staff are very helpful, friendly and wonderful. I am glad I moved into this community.

They are doing a wonderful job. The case manager knows everyone by name. The personnel is wonderful.

We love it at Brookfield Highlands. The area is just beautiful. It is just like being a park. I cant think of anything I would have this facility improve on at this time. It has been a really good experience here.

I am very happy with Wildwood Highlands. It is wonderful here. The furniture is high quality. The decor is extremely tasteful. The halls are clean. It is spotless. Everything the staff told me they would take care has been done. The maintenance man came to do some things one day and I ran into him and told him that I needed touch up paint but he didn't have it on him. So he said he would get it to me soon. I wasn't sure if he would remember and sure enough he did! Everyone I run into here says hello to me. There was a welcome breakfast to residents that are new. They have a party once a month for residents birthdays. There are quite a few activities and a large variety. There are even activities that are free of charge. I recently dropped a note off at the office about pruning the shrubs in front of my windows and they got back with me immediately. After owning a home for over 50 years I was very reluctant about the change but now that I am here I could not be happier.

We really like it here at Ridgeview Highlands. I live here and am pleased with the experience. It is expensive, but then I feel it is worth it for the convenience and quality of life that it provides us. Everyone here has been very good to us and the place is lovely.

We haven't moved in yet but the tour was fine. The facility was very clean. There was no mess or any odors. The staff was very friendly and very informative. I can't rate the value, care services, or activities because we have not moved in yet. It is not applicable. Overall, Everything went very good on the tour. It seems to be a very nice community. Everyone was nice and welcoming. It seems like a really good place.

I loved this community.........it's newer.........no smoke and NO PETS are allowed. If they have no room because they are full, they will let you rent within any of their places in the surrounding communities until your desired unit opens up. Also you will get moved up quicker because you are already contributing to their communities. I liked the floor plans. In addition to living, dining and kitchens........they have great rooms with fireplaces and I'd be able to afford them. The heat and water and basic cable are included. No meal programs. Underground heated parking. Have to see what utility bills are included.

I have yet to move in, but the warm reception I've received so far from the current residents has been most welcome. The Fair rating for Activities is only made because I've yet to involve myself in any of those made available. As far as I can tell, RH has hit a home run re: proividing a welcoming environment.

My only regret is that I didn't find Brookfield Highlands two years ago. I am very happy here. It suits my lifestyle perfectly. There is always something to do if I choose to participate. The grounds are lovely. Safe, secure and very comfortable.

I've been very pleased with everything here so far! It's always very clean, and the staff have been very friendly! They're really outstanding, they are always happy to help in any way that they can. There's always plenty to do, all sorts of different activities, and frequent events.

This was a very nice place overall, it was nice looking, clean, and the staff were all very friendly. We've only really had one issue that I was upset with. We knew when we moved our loved one in that it was a no-pets facility, which we were fine with. However, they are much stricter on this policy than we realized. You are not allowed to bring pets in for a visit, or even to let them out of your car in the parking lot for a visit there. This is something to be aware of and may be an issue for other families as well.

This is a location we looked at when we were searching for care options for our loved one. This is actually a sister community to the one that we selected, and they were both very nice. This community was a little older looking than the one we selected, and was less convenient for family to visit. Overall they were both very nice, they looked good, were clean, and had very friendly staff.

My mother used to live there. It's all independent living apartments. It's not assisted or anything. You do all your own meals. She loved it there. She had a very nice apartment and like the people that lived there. She was what they call an ambassador so she would show people apartments and she helped set up for some of the special events. It was very good.

(Activities Not Rated) One of the reasons we chose them is that Wildwood Highlands is very conveniently located for our family. Another reason is that they were also within budget. We really liked that they have a lot of different community room where the family can spend time visiting with residents. Our loved ones seem happy so we are pleased with them so far.
