Overall, I like my apartment building. It is clean and quiet. The amenities in my apartment are low grade, but functional. I do not like the appliances: the refrigerator sings at times and I don't use the dishwasher as it does not clean very well. Also, the sliding door for the closet in my bedroom is very hard to open/close. The indoor parking, hot water, and common areas are very good. My limited experience with the staff has been good.
