Our community has studio units, handicapped units designed for easy accessibility and for use by wheelchair users, and companion units to those residents who would like or need a roommate. North, East, South, and West-facing or ground floor units are available. We have free wi-fi for all of our residents. To accommodate our residents our community has air conditioning and temperatures regulated to optimize the comfort of our residents and we are fully integrated with WanderGuard capability. Some apartments are equipped with kitchenettes so that residents can make their own food. Resident quarters featuring roll-in showers are available. The facility also offers free cable satellite TV to all residents.
All residents have complimentary access to our transportation services. With a beautician onsite, residents can receive beauty treatments for all occasions. Personal housekeeping services are provided. We offer Catholic, Protestant and Jewish religious services at our community. At our community we offer adjunct therapies, such as reminiscence therapy that will stimulate sight, sound, smell, and touch faculties to encourage memory recall and the general enjoyment of sensory experiences. Additionally, we offer sensory-based programming (like snoezelen therapy) that creates relaxing and stimulating spaces for residents coping with anxiety or agitation. Pet care is available for residents' beloved pets. To ensure residents enjoy a diverse cycle of events and activities, we employ a full-time activities director. Our residents can enjoy meals prepared by a professional chef. Regular visits from specialized occupational therapists are available to residents to aid development, recovery, improvements, and maintenance of skills needed for daily living. We always have a doctor on call to handle adjustments in medication, continued consultation, and urgent medical needs when they arise. We recruit first-class visiting podiatrists whose job it is to ensure our residents are happy, fit, and mobile. We can administer a sliding scale program monitoring of insulin levels via glucose tests and adjust medications based on results. Services include incontinence care for bladder-related and bowel-related symptoms. Our community has services such as ADL assistance and insulin injections.
Our community is licensed for 100 residents. The building was built in 2017. We do not have age restrictions and help residents of all ages. Local fireman, policeman, and EMT services are nearby and ready to respond. Hotels are conveniently located near the facility for residents' guests and visitors. The neighborhood is nearby local churches, shopping centers, and beautiful parks.
