We are having to make a difficult decision for my mom, we have toured, checked around by word of mouth, after much discussion, we choose to move our mom into Willow Creek Memory Care. She is settling in well. I think we were more nervous than her.

It's a beautiful facility, the rooms we very nice, the staff was also very nice, and the outside patio was kept clean and there were a lot of flowers. I would definitely recommend this community to others

My mother could no longer live alone because of health and memory problems. Even though she missed her house at first, she has always said "This is a nice place to live, and the people are nice." She has been living here for 15 months and she calls it "home" now. She has made many new friends, enjoys all the activities and says the food is good. The staff have been very responsive to any problems that have come up, and we are grateful to all the caring people who work there.

I don’t live there but I am visiting fairly frequently to play bean bag baseball and the community has a lot of spirit and are usually great fun to play and are good sportspeople

The facility is beautiful and so is the receptionist. She was very kind attentive and helpful. the lobby is beautiful, clean and cofy. The tenants just go about doing their thing happy as can be.

I am glad they finally have a new staff that cares! I see them making changes for the better from the top down. I am glad I kept my loved one here because it is so close to home. I love all the activities they take her to daily!

Hi my wife [name removed] and I had the joy of visiting your facility and luncheon and have to say it was very pleasant everything was great the staff was very friendly the place was very well kept and clean it would definitely consider putting a loved one here

Last week I was invited to come by the "community" (as they refer to their facilities), and discuss my experience in elder law planning ( I am an attorney in the area) and chat with management and various staff members. I believe they were seeking an attorney to bounce questions off and perhaps to assist family members in elder law planning. The staff asked intelligent questions indicating they had an interest in their work and I sought to reveal my experiences in 19 years as an attorney. The facility was clean, did not smell and the clients appeared quiet and content. The rooms were surprisingly large and almost like a nice hotel room with a refrigerator and a view of the plaza. Apparently there had been staff problems and many of the old staff members had been let go. Beware, these same staff members are now working at other facilities in the Area! I was on site for about 1.5 hours and visited each neighborhood (as they refer to each building in a community) except for the advanced Alzheimer's unit. I was very much impressed and would recommend this outfit to anyone who could afford its costs. You get what you pay for.

My mother has been living at this amazing community now for 3 months. During which time she went from sleeping 12-15 hours a day with very little up time and very few outings, to getting up, engaging with activities and getting 3 healthy meals a day. The caregivers, administrators and medical staff are all loving kind and extend any help to the family needs for individual patient care. My mother has been seen by instaff medical team, had her hair done and reaping the benefits of a scheduled, loving environment. She has been carefully monitored for her disease process, and just recently we celebrated a family thanksgiving feast with family and community members that was a gloriously positive experience for myself and my daughter. I highly recommend this facility for top notch cleanliness, care, and friendly and informative caregivers. I am always greeted with a smile and hug when I come, and this makes for a great influence on my mother as she sees she is living in a home full of love and care. Kudos to all who make my moms life full of quality and activity, vs. spending her time in bed sleeping at home. Thank you for all your love and kindness, directing my mom to be the best version of herself as she can be given the degenerative progressive disease she has.

My mom is doing vevy well there. She was home with caregivers and that did not go well at all. She has shown improvement since moving to Silverado.

Autumn Leaves of Lees Summit has been a real blessing for our family. My mother is safe, loved, and surrounded by a very caring staff. One of the major reasons we chose Autumn Leaves is that it is a memory care only facility. All the staff from administrative to kitchen to care givers are actively involved in daily care and know each resident well. The facility is always spotlessly clean. Activities are enjoyable and at a level that the residents can enjoy. Safety is a major concern for us. All persons entering and leaving the facility must be let in/out by a staff member. All staff members are aware of each resident's requirment for mobility, support, and assistance. Each resident is treated with dignity and respect. The staff also provides support and asssistance to family members. We are welcome any time. They always provide a status and how it is going when they see us. This is the best decision we have made since mom has been diagnosed.

Very happy with the new management. Things are running great! The administrator comes out monthly to see my mom and check-in. Caregivers are great and have a good relationship with my mom. Would definitely refer friends and family to Silverado At Home Dallas and Houston.

Silverado Escondido provides daycare, single overnight Respite along with longer Respite, and full term. This home is dedicated to providing the best care and support for the families, while at the same time loving on the patients. It's a social setting, like a Senior Center with supervision. I'm very impressed with the services and the staff.

I found this facility to be a great fit. The approach to care as quality of life is exactly what I am seeking.
