Era Living

My In-Law has good and happy staff to help him and the community is kept clean. He seems to like all the activities and it has been keeping him super busy. The recently had a luau and a fireman carnival. It is nice because they are busy during the week and the family can join if they want. The community looks nice and so beautiful, it is off the lake. We knew some people who had family at Lakeshore, and that made it more comfortable for us having him here. We also picked them because they have a large amount of Asians and since he speaks mostly Cantonese, they were more fitting for him.

We toured this community for the care. The staff is caring and friendly. The community is beautiful with a nice feeling when you arrived. We liked the activities and the menu. The care at this community has a lot to offer. We would suggest that families tour the community for the care that is needed

We will be moving into this nice community. We lived the staff. We were very pleased with the meal we had on the day of the tour. We love the dining area that has beautiful to see. They had alot of great activities. We will be happy to let others know of the good care and value of this nice community.

After having a good tour here, I thought about living here and they were my second consideration. They were too far away and there were personal preference that they did not have for me, like no indoor parking. I needed that.

Super nice place, a great fit other than it is not a walkable neighborhood. Would be a good place when [Removed] is a little older. She still wants to lead an active lifestyle.

I like this community for the care that my mother is getting. The staff is caring and very friendly. We like this community for always being clean and maintained when we visit. The meals are outstanding with a nice variety of healthy meals. I like that she is offered to participate in the activities. We would recommend this community for good care and great value to other families.

My loved one's experience at The Gardens is going great! The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. This is a wonderful place for my loved one to live!

I have no complaints about the care my loved one has been receiving so far from this community. The staff all have been wonderful and have made sure to accommodate her needs as best as possible. She has had no complaints about the food and has really enjoyed the various activities they provide the residents throughout the week.

This community is wonderful. I was able to take a tour and always wanted to because they have a great reputation in the Seattle area. The location is convenient to everything and very beautiful. The staff is great and they answered all questions for me and my loved one. I would recommend them.

I was given a good tour that I liked very much but I did not think it would work for us. The community seemed to not be able to give the right level of care. It was too urban for my loved one. After talking it over, this was not an ideal location. Otherwise, it looked very nice and is very clean. The interaction I saw seemed good.

Issaquah House has been a wonderful experience for my parents as recent newcomers. Everyone there has been so wonderful and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better transition into their new home. Thanks to all the great staff!

Very impressed. Certainly not an inexpensive option, but our tour, led by Liz Murray was splendid and we could have checked in then! We felt welcome, and that the staff made extra effort to make us at home. Having lunch with Dottie, one of the Ambassadors was a highlight. Location may be a challenge for us, but we are certainly intrigued by this ERA Living property. Thanks

Roxie was a very big help for us when we visited with her. She listened to our situation and took notes. She told us that this place was not a good fit for our dad. She continued talking with us and gave us terms that we should be thinking about how to go about looking for someplace good for dad. Really nice visit and a big help for our mom.

Since moving into University House my mother in law enjoys the movies and performances they offer. The staff are nice and helpful. She let me know that no one complains about the food. I would recommend this community however keep in mind it is between 2 busy roads.

I am happy I moved into Ida Culver House. The staff are very helpful, cooperative and kind. The food is a little to good as I am gaining weight. The home is kept clean and well maintained. I enjoy the exercise classes and have signed up for some of the trips. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

My mother has just moved into the Lakeshore and has been met there by a wonderfully supportive community that is diverse and caring. The facility is clean and tidy and the staff have been attentive to her needs. This has been a gentle and seamless transition for her.

I'm just ending my fourth week and am very much pleased with the experience. All the staff are friendly and most accommodating at all times. I have met many of the residents and participated in several of the many activities. It is a very comfortable atmosphere, and I am very satisfied that I am in the right place.

My mom has been here for three months. The people are friendly as well as attentive. Great place!

We had a wonderful experience at Ida Culver Ravenna, where my father lived for 3 years. When he first moved in, he was living independently, and then needed more care and services as time went on. We were able to adjust the assisted living services to personally meet his needs. The staff and quality of care is exceptional. They are caring and attentive to residents and responsive to family members. Ida Culver offers a great variety of activities both on site and off. My father often commented on how delicious the food was. Also, the buildings and grounds are very well kept and beautifully landscaped and the location is in a great neighborhood. I would highly recommend Ida Culver Ravenna to anyone seeking a new home for their elderly loved ones.

They did a very good job of presenting the property. It was very straight forward getting my mother moved in. The only issue that i have seen is that my mother has been reluctant to get involved in the activities.
