Thank you so much for the 5-star review!
My mother has just moved into the Lakeshore and has been met there by a wonderfully supportive community that is diverse and caring. The facility is clean and tidy and the staff have been attentive to her needs. This has been a gentle and seamless transition for her.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
The Lakeshore provides many services for residents. But sometimes I don't believe all the services are provided as requested...like showers, emptying the commode, etc...especially when the resident has signed up for several services. Also, they have a lot of staff to handle all the services, but it is never clear who in the chain of employees handles what -- so questions are often not directed to the right person. However, the meals are very good, the facility is very clean, they offer many activities, and appear to manage drugs correctly. But, The Lakeshore is very costly so be ready to pay for all the benefits you receive.
