Having discontinued caregiver support from another agency, I contacted [name removed] at Classic Home Care (CHC) to request overnight support for my mother As Soon As Possible. The very next day [name removed] arranged the 1st caregiver! Furthermore, over that week my mother met several of his staff. Starting the 2nd week, she was able to receive support from the 1-2 CHC staff that she was most comfortable with. She has now reduced her need for overnight support, and started having some CHC service provided during the day: assistance while shopping, cleaning the house etc. In summary, CHC provides excellent support, and I highly recommend them! Just an FYI to those who are starting this process: it is important that whichever caregiver service you choose offers you the opportunity to meet/interview potential caregivers - this is something done routinely at CHC, but was not a practice at the 1st service we worked with.

The caretakers with the Homewell Care Services were very professional and caring. When our loved one had a stroke they reached out to our family to see if we needed anything additional. Based on the experience we had with them, we would recommend them to other families.
