(1 review)We are in Miami, FL My family decided to hire a caregiver. My family member happen to find DSM. There was one agency before DSM, and the caregiver was a 5 star. So the bar was set high for DSM. Unfortunately DSM wasn't able to come close. That's why I give DSM 1 star. You see once you've had the best your not willing to settle for anything lest. I remember I was having an issue and I called DSM manager for help, the manager told me she would not talk to me because I was not the person paying the bill. Ok, hears the facts, my mom has been Dx with DM and she stop talking. But DSM is being paid from my mom's account. Now I ask you, if mom can't speak then who should speak for her? I feel like DSM has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction. So DSM sent two caregivers for mom. I'm just going to say this, If you are looking for 1 star care for your love one DSM is the agency for you.
