Westgate Hills Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

My grandma passed recently and her concierge Ms [name removed] was so thoughtful, helpful, and supportive that I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through it without her, and I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me keep [name removed] comfortable and smiling until her last day, God bless you????

They do not answer the phones after business hours if you wanted to check on love one. The call bells are always on to long clients ask visitors for help. They always seem to be short of staff. The weekend staff are very careless is it because no one in admin is there.

Very sad to know how my grandmother was treated. She is traumatized. She was NOT taken care of properly. She called us crying quite a few times. Miserable experience. It was very difficult to get an explanation, matter of fact, we never got one. I do not recommend. She was not bathed for days and days.

My sister is doing very good and she is very happy with the people in physical therapy.

I don't have any problems with Westgate Hills. They're doing perfect as far as I'm concerned.

Everything was good but I haven't spoken to my loved one's doctor.

It's not bad. It's a bit getting used to.

My loved one said it is the worst place she has ever been in.

The therapy was good.

My loved one has been unsatisfied with her entire stay at Westgate Hills. This includes both her therapy program as well as the nursing care she has receiving. She doesn't feel like she is getting anything from her therapy sessions. I would never recommend them.

My loved one got worse over the time she was here.

The service and techs are terrible.

My loved one said he like's how clean it is and he said the food is pretty good. But, once they forgot to give him his medicine.

It's good and they staff are helpful. They have been very communicative.

The facility is good and the staff are good but sometimes when I have a complaint it is not rectified or I have to tell them again. Other than that it is good and clean there. If the person can get around, it is a nice place to go. It is a challenge for my mom because it is hard for her to get around. They come to pick her up for therapy. I got a call from the social worker but I am trying to reach the doctor.

Overall, my loved one seems pretty satisfied with his care. They could respond a little faster at times. He doesn't complain too much. I would recommend it to someone who has a loved one that can communicate like my brother. Some people are friendly than others. I speak to everyone when I go there. They will only communicate if something happens.

It is an average facility. I really haven't spent too much time there but I will say that when I do go they have been very responsive with anything I have addressed with them. So far I would recommend Westgate Hills to a friend. To me, I think the meals are appetizing and look yummy. They are doing a good job addressing this issue.

The facility needs upgrades. The call button just turns on a light, so walking through the hall, they won't see it. Everyone I talk to is friendly, and they address situations that I bring up. The administrative side is on the ball. For the most part, everyone is nice and they try to accommodate.

It's clean, that's number one. It looks like a hotel. The food is good and the people are very friendly. They always say hi and smile. I think everyone was really nice and attentive. It was very, very clean. The room, it was clean. He said it was good and the menu looked good.

She seems to really like it and what I see is the progress in her from the therapy. I will say that for the staff members that I have met they have all had a pleasant attitude and been helpful. All of them have really been friendly including the receptionist. The meals here are pretty standard for a place like this. She is not very happy with the meals. Their communication is excellent!
