My review of Town Village
Danny R - Child of resident/client
This is a very friendly community. Everyone is very helpful and I have heard that the meals are excellent. The staff have been great and very helpful when I need anything.

Hello Danny, thank you for your kind words about our community and team members!
Perfect for your parents
Michelle N - Child of resident/client
We chose Town Village Crossing mostly because of the friendliness of the staff. The other main reason was that they also have a built in grocery store, so it is easy for my mom to go down there and get things and no other places had that. She is in a handicap unit and it is nice size and perfect for her wheelchair. I would most definitely recommend to others.

Hello Michelle, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We are encouraged to read that amenities such as The Nook, our on-site grocery store, and the accessibility of the building are big conveniences for your mother. It is an honor to have her as part of our community! Please let us know if there is ever anything else we can do for you.
Feels Like Home
This is a wonderful place to live. The staff are eager to help in anyway they can such as the dining room. They even know the residents by name.
The community is trying to work with the residents on improving the food. Everyone enjoys the activities, such as dinner or lunch out, field trips, and more.

Making a difficult decision as easy as possible.
Joe - Child of resident/client
A decision like this and the transition to a facility like this is never easy for the families or the potential resident. But in my experience with the people at Town Village Crossing, they are all very caring, and they seem to understand the difficulty families have in making that decision. They've gone out of our way to make us feel comfortable. I never felt like they were pushy or trying to sell us anything, although I recognize their is a sales aspect to it. Obviously they want you to settle there vs. elsewhere. But I felt like what they wanted most was what was in the best interest of our loved one, even if that meant a different community for him. They seemed truly interested in our best interest over their own.

Was impressed with the virtual tour and is a very lovely place. I paid very close attention to her amenities to which she pointed out but noticed in the country store with activities director things like cokes and snacks were sold where those items are offered as free amenities throughout the day as well as along with activities without having to be purchased. So, to me it just seems that the other Communities are more affordable and cost consensus for the ones that have to live on a strict budget to afford them a coke or a snack. Please don’t get me wrong the country store is great and I would purchase things probably from it depending on what they have but not a coke or a snack.
Our Experience at Town Village Crossing Kelly - Child of resident/client
I think it's a nice place. My loved ones are happy. Everything is as advertised, and we would definitely recommend it. They like the staff, and everything has been good so far. The staff have been happy to come help when my dad pushes the wrong button on the cable remote. Housekeeping comes in every other work, and I believe you can pay for them to come more often if you need it. The apartments are small but plenty big. My parents like the food, although they say it has not been as good since the week of ice. And my mom doesn't care for the breakfast. Town Village does offer a lot of activities, although my parents just don't participate all that much. But my mom, who's more social, has plenty of people she talks to and has meals with. So it's been good for her.
Overall a very good experience anonymous - Child of resident/client
Overall we've had a really good experience. The people are very friendly and very helpful . They seem to really care. This is a little thing, but it's a big thing in a community like this - there was consistency with the staff. Over the year my loved one has been there, it's the same people at the front desk. We see the same friendly faces. They know my name when I walk in. It kind of has a family feel to it. There's always going to be a few things that aren't perfect, because you're dealing with people. But I think they do a really good job.
Good place for loved ones

The activities are being brought back since all the residents have been fully vaccinated. During the whole pandemic they took really good care of them and would bring everyone there food. They just did an overall good job.
A good place for friends and family

Our loved one at Town Village Crossing is vegetarian and sometimes when the food gets delivered to her room they forget and give her something that is not vegetarian. We do know she likes being there and is happy.
The management staff is amazing and very helpful anonymous - Child of resident/client
We really like the community, the staff is very communicative with the families especially for those who are not local. They really have gone out of there was to get the residents their covid vaccinations. Our loved one just received her first round yesterday.
Town Village Crossing review James Erickson - Resident/client
Everybody we have met at this community seems active and friendly. The rooms here are adequate, and we would say the food is pretty good. We would recommend this community to others, and in fact we already have.

I loved this place. [Name removed] that works at the front desk was so welcoming and down to earth. They had my name on a stand saying welcome at the front desk. It was definitely a nice touch. I also, love the tour that [name removed] did along with the yummy cookies. But what sealed the deal for me was a family I spoke to in the parking lot about the place. I was very excited about it.

Everything is going fine! anonymous - Loved one of resident/client
Everything is going just fine at this facility for my loved one! The staff make her feel very comfortable and the facility looks very nice. Though my loved one does not participate in activities too often, there are plenty of opportunities for her to participate.
Tour Went Well Overall anonymous - Toured community
My mother, and I had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was very kind. The community was nice, and clean from what we saw. The staff was nice, and informative. Our questions were answered. We did find another community that suited my mother needs better, but our tour went well of this facility.
Positive tour! anonymous - Toured community
This was one of my parents top picks! It was a little more expensive than other options they looked at. My dad also didn't like that they offered two meals a day. Overall, it was a lovely community and very positive.
Knowledgeable tour guide! anonymous - Toured community
I had a good tour of Brookdale Arlington. During my tour, the tour guide was able to answer any questions that I had and provide me with good information. The facility was clean and organized. It was a good experience.
Nice Tour, But Too Overwhelming anonymous - Toured community
I had a very nice tour of this community. This is a very nice community, I enjoyed my tour. This is also a very big community, even our tour guide got a confused during the tour. Everything looked neat, and tidy. The staff was courteous, and kind. Our tour went well, but I felt like it would be to overwhelming for my mother.
