The cleanliness, friendliness, activities, and distance to family make this community a great place for my loved one. Some of the activities available are bingo, outings, movie nights, celebrations, and more are available for the residents to choose from.

Awesome in every way. Best in senior living
They do a great job. They look after our loved one, and they find ways to work around each resident's unique issues. Our loved one was falling a lot when he first got there, but they made sure to keep him close by so they can keep a closer eye on him, and that has resolved. They always have the residents up and busy doing activities. I have one issue and one issue only. We just have multiple points of contact in our family, and they don't always call me first. The memory care unit knows to call me first, so it might just be the other offices that don't know. But needless to say, they're doing great.
This community was a very nice place for your loved one. The staff were great to work with.
My aunt loves living here. The food is amazing, she gets excellent care, and the activities are so fun!!! She loves it and calls it home.

I have worked in the medical field since 2012 and I’ve been to numerous assisted living facilities in the greater Knoxville area. The Pointe at Lifespring is hands down the most impressive community that I have visited. The staff love the residents and in return the residents love the staff. Nothing feels forced at The Pointe. The entire experience is top notch from the food to the activities/entertainment to the beauty of the building itself. It’s kind of it’s own bubble in that upon arrival there is a true sense of joy and peace in the air. In many ways it has become a safe space for me and I would recommend any and all to come share in the experience…

The Pointe at Lifesprings is the most vibrant community in town! There’s an energy that stems from the staff and through the residents. I was real impressed with the leadership and the clinical experience they have on staff too. Have heard nothing but great things about their in-house therapist [name removed]! My mother became very sick and unable to care for herself independently in a very short period of time. All of the children do not live nearby. I live in Ohio. We needed a place ASAP. But we also needed to find a place that was caring, clean, and supportive to mom and her needs. I called The Pointe for information and felt an instant caring and professional attitude over the phone. We were able to get her into a lovely room within a few days. What an answer to our prayers! What we didn't know was how COVID would change all of our lives. As things changed, I always felt The Pointe was on the cutting edge of protecting the residents from COVID. They kept us informed weekly of the changes and of the many things they came up with to keep the residents engaged and involved while still having to stay in their rooms. Any staff I talked with was very positive and supportive. We were so thankful to have mom there as a resident!

They are very friendly. It is a new community, everything is clean and in good condition. The communication between the Executive Staff and the families isn't always there and have to ask multiple times to get an answer. The care staff is quick to respond to questions or concerns of my loved one, I may have. The room is good for my loved one.

When i knew that my husband [name removed] was having both physical and mental issues, my family and I began investigating places that we were comfortable with. I looked at different facilities, but became enchanted with The Pointe at Lifespring. All of their personnel were so friendly and personable. And of course, as a bonus, it is very close to our longtime home, and I am able to visit with him regularly. He has been at The Pointe since [date removed] and I have not regretted my decision in the least. I know I can call anytime and be greeted with warmth and positivity. My husband of almost 50 years is in the very best place for him at this stage of his life!

My experience with The Pointe is from a Daughter-in-law's perspective..... I truly feel the love and caring for the residents from the staff when I drop things off. My MIL is taken good care of and her needs are met from a loving staff. She mentions someone checking in on her every day. My interaction has been only with the Concierge and the Marketing Director. They both have always been helpful with anything I needed. The Mktg Director always sends me pictures of my MIL when she is involved in social activities.

My time/experience is limited to 3 months and counting since my parent moved into Assisted Living. The staff, especially the concierge, has gone above and beyond during a strained time for visitation and limited access to parent. Other staff have also provided open communication during our time of transition and adjustment. The vibrant life personnel work tirelessly. The assisted living director, while very busy, always responds to inquiries and requests. The executive director maintains an open line of communication and stays up on the latest procedures in order to keep residents safe. The business office manager was good to work with during move-in and when a room change was suggested. Care and dining staff are attentive and flexible. Facilities personnel are kind and approachable when needed.

When your Mom calls and says shes not coming home for Christmas because she loves The Pointe that much, it confirms a hard decision I made last year. From day one, The Pointe felt different. I pulled up and was greeted with a welcome sign that had my moms name on it. The sales lady took the time with me and truly cared. The nurse came in and talked with mom and made her feel at ease. [name removed] the sales lady, toured me around and I was able to ask me so many questions about my mom. She even sent us home with cookies! The next week, a book arrived about Mexico..it was my mom's favorite vacation spot. That sealed the deal, we decided The Pointe was the perfect place for us. Best decision we ever made. My mom receives the best care, the best food and the most fun. Her social life is better than mine. If you want the best, this is it.

My experience was a very positive one. They were easy to talk to. The staff was good. The room sizes were good. My mom was in memory care. They have a secure outdoor space with with flowers and gardens for the residents to safely use.

Not sure how to feel about this place very disappointed with some of the care staff mostly day shift my aunt was a resident there in memory care which isn't good went in a seen many times her just pushed in the middle of the floor just sitting in a wheel chair looking around not know what to do no care staff around interreacting with her at all never seen this until things got 100 times worse she probably fell 20 times that I know of had a staff member video her and another resident and put it on snap chat which is a no-no just about two weeks ago went in and found that her legs were very badly infected and had not been taken care of and to finish that off was sitting on her bed and notice a strange smell and pull her cover back and her bed had been made up with fecies all over her sheets and covers told the director she needed to come look at the situation she never came in to assess the problem but we took care of that .I would not recommend this facility for my loved ones at all very very disappointed so much more but this gives u a picture.
