I change his sheets and do his laundry myself, but as soon as IN SPIRIT ( I believe that's the name) took over I feel like everything has went downhill. They seem to be short on help is what my stepdad says. I would move him if he wasn't 88 years old to another facility but then again I told him we may have the same problems.
