We offer three, chef-prepared meals throughout the day which can be enjoyed in either our public dining room or one of our private dining spaces. Our community also includes the Suzi’s Brew Cafe which offers a more intimate space for residents to enjoy coffee or snacks. In terms of medical services, we have trained staff on call, special diet management programs, and monthly health and wellness checks. Residents can enjoy our full-stocked library, an arts and crafts room, and a full service hair and nail salon. Our community is also one of only 25 Heartstone certified, <em>I’m Still Here®</em> Dementia Care Centers of Excellence in the country. This unique program empowers residents by offering choice and purpose in every aspect of their lives. We provide a number of programs meant to promote the total wellbeing of residents' minds, bodies, and spirits. We accomplish this through a number of services including special interest clubs, exercise classes, lectures, trips to places like museums, and musical performances, just to name a few.</p> <h3>Living Arrangements</h3> <p>We provide a number of different room layouts for both assisted living and dementia care depending on the needs of the resident. We offer spacious studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans with all utilities paid as well as secure, memory care residences within our centrally located Pathway Neighborhood.</p> <h3>Care Types Offered</h3> <p>The Cohen Home is an <em>assisted living community</em>, which in the state of Georgia is a personal care home licensed to serve 25 residents or more, that provides personal services, the administration of medications by a certified medication aide, and assisted self-preservation.
