It was smaller and same staff for each resident. I would recommend it to a friend. There isn't much turnover on caregivers and the Director has been there since the beginning, for 23 years.

The whole enchilada!
First as far as the food goes, I haven't seen or eaten any but my wife said it was very good. So I took a guess. The staff members are friendly and informative. They contact me immediately if there's any problem.

Look No Further
My loved one stayed at Summerfield Place of Stockton for a respite stay and everything was great for her at this facility! The move in process was great and welcoming. The staff are all amazing, from all aspects, caregivers to receptionist, to the nurse, to the Community Relations Director. I would definitely recommend Summerfield Place of Stockton to others.

Healthy food and healthy residents!
I brought my wife to Summerfield from another assisted living. She had gained some weight and was depressed. Summerfield followed the dietary plan I created and engages her in physical activity throughout the day. I’m brought to say she has lost over 40 pounds and her mood has improved greatly.

Low staff turnover
We are grateful for the consistent, loving care that our dad receives from the staff at Summerfield of Stockton Memory Care . We came from an assisted-living where they shared staff back-and-forth between assisted-living and memory care, and it was very confusing for my father to meet someone new every day. The support Summerfield provides, gives us peace of mind and comfort. Thank you.

The nursing staff is the best.
This is my third community that I’ve had my mother at the nursing staff at Summerfield of Stockton Memory Care is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. They communicate what is going on with my mother in an effective and timely manner. They also communicate directly with her doctor, which is a great help to me.

Summerfield Place has been outstanding. They seem to be a good team, and they're very receptive. We had to work through a few bumps with the move-in, but other than that it has worked out well.

Do not trust with your loved ones!!
They claim to be an Alzheimers facility however when certain Alzheimer's behavioral issues arise, it is my opinion that they do not know how to properly handle them! Their treatment is to over medicate the patient (in turn this landed my father in the ER) Our experience was Not what they portray to be at all!! I would not recommend this place for your loved ones with Alzheimer's/dementia. There are many stages to
the Alzheimer's disease and in our experience at Somerford Place they did not do their job properly and have tried to sweep it under the rug!

really good food services
Someford Place Stockton has really good food services. My grandparents have told me again and again how good the food is. The grounds are really nice and taken care of. The staff are very thorough. Any time there is a problem they get back to me as soon as they can. They are also very supportive to the family in this process. It is an adjustment and that really helps. I am very pleased.

Really Happy With Them
They have all sorts of activities for the residents there. And they have a great staff. And my experience wasn't really extensive because my mom broke her hip and was put in the hospital shortly after she got there. The only thing I could think of to improve would be to hire more nursing staff. I was really happy with the experience there.

They are really doing an excellent job. They have a very extensive and comprehensive program. They are really meeting my needs, as well as my husbands (who is the resident staying there). They are willing to bend over backwards to work with me. At this point I am very happy with things so far, and really can't even think of anything they could do to improve.

It's great.
It's great. They have lots of activities, and we haven't had any complaints about food or laundry. We liked that the owner has been there fifteen years, and the building is fifteen years old. It's very clean and well maintained. It's a good place to stay, and they were really accommodating for us.
