My family is so grateful to have found Spring Village, [name removed] and the entire staff. Both of our parents-who are 87-moved in during the spring of 2023 and it has turned out to be the very best decision. They were at home within a day. Everyone is helpful. When they want to be alone-they can be alone in their apartment-if they want to be around people-they go to the activities. It is a perfect balance for them. The meals are definitely a highlight and at this point in their lives really give a form to their day. The meals are delicious and just the right portion size too. There is quite a variety to keep things interesting. They have special days for barbeques and other events. They always have special guest musicians or speakers coming through. [name removed] has been especially accommodating with allowing our very large family to meet in private areas on Easter, Mother's and Father Day. My parents feel SAFE at Spring Village-and that is the most important thing of all. So happy!... Read more

Spring Village was a blessing for my Mother and my family. My Mother had gotten to the point where she could no longer be left alone and required around the clock care. Spring Village more than provided this care for her. [name removed] was like an Angel that had been sent to watch over her for her last days. She went so far above and beyond her duties and personally helped her with grooming, companionship, and getting hospice care. [name removed] is one of the most genuine and caring people I have ever know and my brothers and I are eternally grateful for all you’ve done for our family.

From the first moment we visited and toured Spring Village at Stratford, we could tell they were different from the other facilities. They don't just go above and beyond - the staff sincerely cares about their residents and their quality of life. It was a difficult decision to move dad from California to Connecticut to be closer to his family. We interviewed over 9 facilities and Spring Village was alone at the top. Once we met with the staff and spoke with residents of the Spring Village family - the decision was easy. The Director of Community Relations is gold. She made sure that dad was not just comfortable but welcomed and loved. Because dad was happy and well-cared for, our worries vanished. If you are looking for a facility that provides top-notch service and sincerely cares about your loved one - consider Spring Village at Stratford. Simply - Outstanding.

The two head of nursing and community relations director are always acommodating, and available. Most of the aides are caring, friendly, and pleasant. I can't speak highly enough, about the director of community relations.

We've been so pleased with everything here. They really do go above and beyond at this facility. The Director of Community Relations is top notch, she's always open to our concerns or requests for personal needs/assistance for mom. We don't have any worries about mom being here, let's put it that way. We couldn't be more pleased with the staff. They even do the little things: set up a private section in the dining area for us to join mom for meals, work with her to make sure she changes her clothes everyday (they take time to notice if she has or hasn't and to assist her if she hasn't), help her separate her dirty laundry and organize her closet, etc. Mom isn't in Memory Care, but she does have some Cognitive difficulties and they work with her so well to help her with those. Again, above and beyond. They're providing her with some Memory Therapy and Physical Therapy, as well. Mom says the food is good, even the staff likes it. My sister visits very frequently and is also very happy with everything. Housekeeping is often and trash is daily, mom is happy with those also. Everything is just done very well here. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Interior is a clean, friendly place. We were daily greeted upon entering and leaving in a friendly, welcoming manner. Staff members are very pleasant and accommodating in meeting the needs and requests of the residents. My family member was consistently treated with dignity and respect.
After being pleasantly greeted by the receptionist daily, we found the rooms tidy and comfortable. The nurses prepared and distributed medications on time. My brother always spoke about the chef and his tasty meals. His stay was longer than he anticipated, but enjoyable.
Overall positive experience for my mom and our family. She has adapted well to her surroundings and staff. She is in a happy place and we know that she is safe and well cared for!!

[name removed] has been so helpful and caring during this difficult time. My mother is reaching the end of her life and due to being unable to give her the care that she needs, we found Spring Village. The feed her, take care of her medications, work with Hospice, check on her multiple times a day, and help her with washing and anything else she may require. I am very thankful for Karolina and the staff at Spring Village. It's nice to have someone I can trust with the most important person in my life. I only checked NA for activities because my mother does not have the strength to participate, otherwise there are a lot of things to do (Bingo, movie room, puzzles, card games, library, happy hour, etc.).

Eighteen months ago mom moved to Spring Village during Covid. It was huge leaving her home and with the help of all the staff she is doing really well. Mom suffers from dementia and it has been life changing for her and the family. [name removed] constantly does activities with the residents and is so attentive to them I can't say enough about her. [name removed] nursing director is priceless as well as her staff. The executive director was so helpful in moving mom in and explaining all We couldn't find a better place. Living 3k miles away I know mom is in the best place she can be in. Thank you Spring Village!! Zoe Daniels

I was here for respite for several weeks! The staff was extremely helpful and always kind. Going above and beyond the normal duties. I highly recommend this assisted living place.
I have had a great stay at Spring Village at Stratford. the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. severs did a great job, the other duties they did were to take care of the patients. food was tasty.
I think that Spring Village is a nice community. My loved one requires a more advanced level of care and could likely benefit from more care services. Spring Village currently has some issues with staffing retention, and my loved ones level of mobility requires a bit more attention. Overall, I do think this community is a nice place.
