My parents seem happy at sooner station. Cleaning of the rooms is not that great. My biggest problem is there is no communication between the nurse/doctor and myself. I want to know if they are sick and the prescribed treatment plan. I hear nothing unless I run the nurse down while visiting my parents.... Read more

Med rules seem to be not user friendly. Meals are getting better, it was new when we moved my loved one in. We picked this community, because of the location and it was new.

Sooner Station at University North Park is a really nice place. The only drawback for us was they did not have the option to stay in independent living and add on your own additional care if needed. They did offer their own assisted living and memory care though which is nice.
The facilities are extremely nice, that is one thing really like about this community. Everything is very clean and very homey like. However we do think they could improve on communication with the families.
It's been a great experience during a difficult time. We just wish the food was better. It seems there has been lots of turnover in the dining management.
