Now that dad is gone mom is very comfortable and tells me she loves Montecito and feels safe. Mom now socializes with residents. Moms memory isn’t the best and the staff knows how to communicate with mom without upsetting her. I’ve witness this myself and I applaud them. I have been going to Montecito 2-4 times a week for the past 16 months and I have never seen any unprofessional behavior from any staff member at Montecito. NEVER!!! I commend the management at Monticeto on hiring caring and compassionate people at Montecito.
