I moved my loved one out of the community. The main area was clean. There were a couple of accidents, one being when my loved one had an accident when trying to go to the bathroom, and while delivering food during quarantine. The staff ended up taking a rug and covering both items up. There was cleaning of the apartment on Saturdays. The gentleman that cleaned my loved one's apartment was fantastic. They had one washer and dryer down the hall from my loved one's room, and that only worked half the time. The food wasn't good. My loved one lost 30 pounds during the stay. There were 5 residents that left during my loved one's stay. My loved one had to go downstairs for the staff to check their vitals and had to be downstairs by 7:00 am. I would've thought that the staff would come to my loved one's room. There was a $5,000 fee for activities and that was only to show my loved one around the community. The community didn't do this. My loved one was only played bingo once, and then shortly after there was quarantine right after them moving in.
