This facility never called us. We called them and they didn't even answer with the name of the facility. We asked for Kristine Kim and was told she wasn't there. Called the next day early hoping we could make an appointment for a tour. Again, they answered the phone: "hello", and we asked was it Northeast Residence, they told us yes. Told us Kristine was not in. So then we asked could they take our name and number for her to call us back. Next day, we called again, at least they answered: "Northeast Residence", told us Kristine was not in. This time we asked could we come down and take a tour of the facility. Then they finally tell us Kristine was not in and she wasn't coming in that day. The next day we took a chance and just went there. It was a very large house, we walked in the door into a room where about 20 people were all just sitting there. No one approached us and we were able to wander all around and finally we ended up in the kitchen where there were 2 workers and was told no one was there for us to talk to and no one would be there until Monday. This appeared to be more of a halfway house than something we were looking for.
