Expensive but very niceReviewed on A Place For Mom
My mom chose Generations at Pinnacle Peak because they had a ton of great activities for the residents to participate in. Since COVID, she has not been able to participate in as much as she would like to. The facility was also fairly new so it was almost like walking into a resort, very nice and open with friendly staff members. I would recommend.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
I have lived here for almost a year and a half and I would not recommend this place. I don’t plan on moving only due to its location and pet friendly environment but the management is extremely poor. Considering the cost and the statements of how well their facility and dining are, I have to disagree. Both the caregiving and food quality has been a continual disappointment. I have met multiple times with upper management and found that they pretend to care and encourage feedback but ultimately do nothing to correct or improve any complaints. Yes, this pandemic has been very difficult for senior communities but their ability to adjust to the situation’s have been negligible. Additionally, the way they treat their employees is totally unacceptable and really the main reason for their turnover.Reviewed on A Place For Mom
