My second choice. I like the Lombard site better than the ELmhurst though.Reviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Lexington Square, Elmhurst is a great independent and assisted living community. My father has been there about 6 years. There’s something for everyone for enjoyment. This is also one of the few communities that has basically kept Covid out. I highly recommend it! Only regret my family has is that he didn’t make the move sooner. Prior to Covid they had so many outings you could sign up for, Cubs games, plays, architectural tours of Chicago on a boat on Chicago river and more. Beautiful dining room and spacious apartments. Staff and residents very welcoming. Now with Covid around the CDC rules of masks & social distancing continue but hopefully this too shall pass. People still visit in the lobbies but chairs a bit farther apart. I applaud the director for doing an excellent job keeping residents safe during this. Plus all residents received vaccines on site long ago. Excellent place to liveReviewed on SeniorAdvisor.com
Don't put anyone you love in this awful place. It may look nice but is run by the most incompetent staff I have ever seen. And the CNA's are horrible to the residentsReviewed on A Place For Mom
