Relative stayed for a short time during rehabilitation. Pros: Clean facility, some staff were friendly, locally owned, residents set their own schedule as far as meals, getting up, etc. Cons: Social services coordinator had limited knowledge of available resources and did not assist family to set this up, was not compassionate towards family placing a loved one in long term care, food at the facility was cold many times, staff response times to call lights sometimes was over 30 minutes, some staff were not very welcoming while visiting. Good facility if you can visit on a daily basis to make sure your loved one is being taken care of.
